Քիմ Քարդաշյանը մոտ 10 անձնական դայակ է վարձում՝ իր չորս երեխաների՝ Նորթի, Սեյնթի, Չիկագոյի և Փսալմի խնամքի հարցում օգնելու համար, հաղորդում է The U.S. Sun-ը։ 

Աստղին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրի խոսքով՝ Քիմն իր տանը ունի երեխաների խնամքի խիստ վերահսկվող համակարգ։ Յուրաքանչյուր դայակ ստանում է մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն կոնկրետ երեխայի կարիքների վերաբերյալ, և նրանց խնամքը շարունակվում է օրական 24 ժամ, շաբաթական 7 օր։

Որոշ դայակներ իրենց հերթափոխը սկսում են առավոտյան ժամը 6-ին և աշխատում են 12 ժամ, իսկ գիշերը երեխաներին  խնամում է հատուկ «գիշերային դայակը»։ Նա ոչ միայն հետևում է երեխաների քնին, այլև պատրաստում է ուսումնական նյութեր, մարզական համազգեստ և խաղեր, եթե ինչ-որ մեկը արթնանա։

Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում երեխաների՝ իրենց հոր՝ Քանյե Ուեսթի մոտ գնալու ճանապարհին։ Նման դեպքերում երեխաներին ուղեկցում են դայակները։

«Եթե, օրինակ, Նորթը գնում է Քանյեի մոտ, դա մի փոքր քաոս է առաջացնում։ Քիմն ունի երեք դայակ, որոնց նա լիովին վստահում է, և նրանք են, ովքեր ամենից հաճախ են գնում երեխաների հետ,-ասել է ներքին աղբյուրը,- Եվ եթե միաժամանակ երկու երեխա է ճանապարհորդում, ապա ավելի շատ օգնականներ են անհրաժեշտ, այդ պատճառով էլ նա այդքան մեծ թիմ ունի»։

Յուրաքանչյուր դայակ շաբաթական մեկ օր ազատ է։
