«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության մեջ ներկուսակցական գզվռտոցը հասել է աներևակայելի բարձր չափերի։ Գործող իշխանությունները չեն կարող կարողանում այլևս վերահսկել սեփական թիմակիցներին, որոնք հասկանալով, որ Փաշինյանի դիրքերը գնալով թուլանում են, փորձում են իրենք ամրապնդվել։ Ընդ որում, քննարկելով ներիշխանական հեղաշրջման կամ իշխանության փոխանցման հնարավորությունը։

Տարիներ շարունակ Փաշինյանի իշխանության մեջ մի քանի կլաններ են ձևավորվել, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը փորձում է ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը իշխանության մեջ, ինչ-որ պահի այն Փաշինյանից ստանձնելու կամ Փաշինյանից խլելու նպատակով։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ այժմ էլ այդ կլանները փորձում են հենց ուղիղ ազդել Փաշինյանի վրա, պարտադրելով նախընտրական ցուցակը գրել գրել իրենց ցանկալի սցենարով։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ ինչ-որ պահի կարող է կարող է խնդիրների բախվել, ուստի և կնոջ հետ ագրեսիվ դրսևորումներով են փորձում պայքարել ոչ միայն ընդդիմության, այլ նաև սեփական կուսակիցների դեմ։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» համար ամենակարևորագույն միջոցառումը լինելու է սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք վարչության ընտրությունները, իսկ արդեն հունիսի սկզբին առաջադրումներն են, եթե նախորդ դեպքերում կոնկուրսը այնքան էլ մեծ չի եղել վարչության կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար, ապա այս դեպքում արդեն չի բացառվում, որ 4,5 տասնյակ անձինք հայտ ներկայացնեն ՔՊ վարչության կազմում ընդգրկվելու նպատակով։ Ուստի և վերջին օրերին տարբեր քպականներ մեկնում են մարզեր, հանդիպումներ ունենում մարզային կազմակերպությունների հետ, փորձում իրենց դիրքերը ամրապնդել իշխանության մեջ։ Հաշվի առնելով նախորդ ընտրությունների օրինակը, երբ ՔՊ վարչության կազմում հայտնվեցին տարբեր, կուսակցության ստեղծման հետ կապ չունեցող անձինք միայն այն պատճառով, որ բավարար խելք էին ունեցել ու կապեր հաստատել մարզային կառույցների հետ, այժմ գրեթե բոլորը զբաղված են այդ այդպիսի գործունեությամբ։

Գնում են նախաձեռնող խմբերի կամ տարածքային կազմակերպությունների նիստերին, փորձում սիրաշահել շարքային քպականներին՝ նրանց իրենց կողմը գրավելու նպատակով, իսկ արդեն վարչության ընտրություններից հետո պարզ կլինի, թե ինչ տեսք է ունենալու նոր իշխանությունը։
