Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները մի կողմից պրագմատիզմի և սեփական շահերի պաշտպանության, մյուս կողմից՝ տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում  կայունության և անվտանգության ապահովման միջև հավասարակշռության եզակի օրինակ են. այս մասին ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ Խորհրդային Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև դիվանագիտական ​​հարաբերությունների հաստատման 105-ամյակի կապակցությամբ։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝  Ռուսաստանը և Թուրքիան շարունակում են վստահության կամուրջներ կառուցել՝ ցույց տալով, որ նույնիսկ փոփոխությունների դարաշրջանում իսկական գործընկերությունը մնում է անսասան արժեք։
