Հայաստանում հաշտարարությունը 2025թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից պարտադիր է ընտանեկան որոշ վեճերի լուծման համար: Հաշտարարները դատավորներ չեն, այլ հատուկ մասնագիտական հմտություններ ունեցող անաչառ միջնորդներ, որոնք չեն կայացնում որոշում կողմերի փոխարեն, այլ օգնում են կողմերին միասին գտնել փոխադարձաբար ընդունելի որոշում: Դուք ընտրում եք ձեր հաշտարարին՝ ելնելով ձեր սեփական կարիքներից: Հաշտարարության առավելություններն են խնդրի ավելի արագ լուծումը, սթրեսի նվազեցումը, ավելի ցածր ծախսերը և գաղտնիությունը:

Հաշտարարությունը կարող է արդյունավետ այլընտրանք լինել տարբեր վեճերի լուծման համար: Ստորագրվելուց և հաստատվելուց հետո հաշտության համաձայնությունն ունի այն նույն իրավական ուժը, ինչ դատարանի որոշումը։ Եթե կողմերից մեկը չի կատարում համաձայնության պայմանները, ապա հնարավոր է դիմել հարկադիր կատարման:

Հաշտարարությունը պարտադիր է հետևյալ գործերով՝

-Ամուսնալուծություն

-Երեխայի բնակության վայրի որոշում

-Ալիմենտի բռնագանձում

-Ընդհանուր գույքի բաժանում

-Երեխայի հետ շփման, դաստիարակության և կրթության հարցեր

-Երեխայի տեսակցության կարգի սահմանում

-Ամուսնական պայմանագրի փոփոխում կամ լուծում
