Ակբա բանկն ամփոփում է տարվա արդյունքները

Ակբա բանկը բաժնետերերի տարեկան ընդհանուր ժողովում ամփոփել է 2024 թվականի արդյունքներն ու սահմանել բանկի զարգացման առաջիկա ուղղությունները։ 

2024 թվականին բանկը զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցել կորպորատիվ կառավարման ոլորտում՝ բարձրացնելով բաժնետերերի և ներդրողների վստահությունը։ Այս առումով առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն ունի Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության խմբի դուստր ընկերություն Պրոպարկոյի՝ Ակբա բանկի բաժնետեր դառնալու փաստը, ինչը վկայում է Ակբայի նկատմամբ վերջինիս ունեցած բարձր վստահության մասին։ Պրոպարկոն 2024-ին ձեռք բերեց Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի 10%-ը։

2024-ը նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ գործընկերության աննախադեպ զարգացման տարի էր. Ակբան կնքեց ռեկորդային վարկային պայմանագրեր և ռիսկերի բաշխման գործարքներ.

Բացի այս, 2024-ին Ակբա բանկն ու American Express-ը նաև հայտարարեցին իրենց երկարամյա համագործակցության ընդլայնման մասին:  

«Բաժնետերի ընդհանուր ժողովն այն գործիքն է, որի միջոցով բաժնետերը հնարավորություն է ստանում մասնակցել բանկի կառավարմանը։ Այն նաև լավ հնարավորություն է շփվելու միմյանց հետ և միմյանց ավելի լավ հասկանալու առումով: Ակբան շարունակում է ուժեղ կորպորատիվ կառավարման ընկերություն կերտելու իր առաքելությունը։ Մենք ստեղծում ենք թափանցիկ և հաշվետու համակարգ, որտեղ բանկի բաժնետերերի, խորհրդի և ղեկավարության լիազորությունները լավ հավասարակշռված են, և այդ ամենի շահառուն են ոչ միայն բաժնետերերը, այլև բանկի այլ շահակիցները, այդ թվում` բանկի հաճախորդները, բանկի աշխատակիցները, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը, բանկի գործընկերները և ավելի լայն հասարակությունը։ Մեր խնդիրն է լավ հասկանալ նրանց շահերը և հոգ տանել դրանց մասին»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանը։

«Մենք վայելում ենք միջազգային գործընկերների վստահությունը և ուժեղ ենք այն փորձով, որը կարողանում ենք կուտակել իրենց հետ համագործակցության ընթացքում: Ես կարծում եմ, որ սրանով մենք հստակ ուղերձ ենք տալիս, որ բանկը թափանցիկ է և կանխատեսելի, և բանկի բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերումը երկարաժամկետ առումով շատ հաջող  և եկամտաբեր ներդրում է»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։

«Ակբան տարեցտարի գրանցում է կայուն աճ հիմնական բիզնեսի, շահույթի, հաճախորդների թվաքանակի և թվային տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման առումով։ Եթե միջինացնենք, ապա մենք 4-5 տարվա ընթացքում կրկնապատկել ենք մեր բիզնեսը,  ինչը նշանակում է, որ աճը կազմում է տարեկան 15-20%»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Ստյոպա Զաքինյանը։

2024թ. ֆինանսական հիմնական արդյունքներ.

  • Զուտ շահույթ- 28.8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, 
  • Ակտիվների աճ- 18.9%՝ հասնելով 931.7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի
  • Կապիտալի աճ- 22.8%՝ հասնելով 163.4 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի
  • Վարկային պորտֆելի աճ- 16.8%՝ հասնելով 629.3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի
  • Ավանդների և թողարկված պարտատոմսերի աճ- 18.9%՝ հասնելով 623.5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի
  • Շուկայի առաջատար՝ POS-տերմինալների, բանկոմատների և թողարկված քարտերի քանակով
  • acba digital օգտատերերի թիվը աճել է 37.9%-ով՝ հասնելով շուրջ 530,000-ի։

Ակբա բանկի 2025թ. ռազմավարության առանցքում են նորարարությունը, ներքին արդյունավետությունն ու կայուն զարգացումը։ Նախատեսվում է էապես զարգացնել թվային հարթակների հնարավորությունները՝ ներդնելով նոր ծառայություններ և վերլուծական գործիքներ։ Ակբան վստահությամբ է նայում ապագային՝ շարունակելով ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը ֆինանսական շուկայում, ստեղծելով երկարաժամկետ արժեք իր բաժնետերերի և ողջ հասարակության համար։
