Կառավարության որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է թույլատրել ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությանը Կառավարական տուն 1 հասցեի վարչական շենքի 3-րդ հարկի նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում գտնվող՝ Մինաս Ավետիսյանի «Հանդիպում» և «Խաչքարի մոտ» որմնանկարները տեղափոխել Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքի Ջաջուռ բնակավայրում գտնվող «Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահ»-ի «Մինաս Ավետիսյանի թանգարան» մասնաճյուղ, ինչպես նաև կանոնակարգել որմնանկարների տեղափոխման և գույքային իրավունքների գրանցման գործընթացը։

Որոշման ընդունումը հնարավորություն կտա որմնանկարները ցուցադրել թանգարանային միջավայրում՝ հեղինակի այլ ստեղծագործությունների հետ համատեղ, ինչպես նաև հանրության լայն զանգվածների համար հնարավորություն կստեղծվի թանգարան այցելելով տեսնել որմնանկարները:

Միաժամանակ, թանգարանում առկա են նաև բարենպաստ պայմաններ որմնանկարների հետագա պահպանությունն իրականացնելու համար: Վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը նախաձեռնել է որմնանկարների Կառավարական տուն 1 հասցեի վարչական շենքի 3-րդ հարկի նիստերի մեծ դահլիճից ապամոնտաժման, նկարչի թանգարան տեղափոխման, նոր վայրում տեղադրման և վերականգնման աշխատանքների նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերի փաթեթի պատրաստումը։
