Վիտալի Բալասանյանի ղեկավարած «Արդարություն» կուսակցության իրականացրած միջոցառման դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կուսակցության ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղադրված հայտարարությունից։
«ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Արցախում իրականացած նախագահական ընտրությունները վկայեցին մեր երկրում քաղաքական դաշտի խորը ճգնաժամի մասին։ Հարկ է նշել, որ Արցախում արդեն տարիներ շարունակ գրեթե բացակայում են ներքին քաղաքական գործընթացները։ Հույս կար, որ այս համապետական ընտրությունները կդառնային այն սկզբնակետը, որից կսկսվեր իրական քաղաքական գործընթացներ: Սակայն, որոշ ուժերի թեթև ձեռքով կանաչ ճանապարհ հարթվեց ընտրություններն, երկրորդ փուլում առանց պայքարի ընթանալու համար։ Ամփոփելով՝ կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ 2020 թվականի համապետական ընտրությունները որևէ դրական ազդեցություն չունեցավ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքական կյանքի վրա, իսկ երկրում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունն ընդամենը իշխանության փոխանցման գործընթաց էր, որի անունը դրեցին ընտրություն։

ինչպես գիտեք, Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը նամակներ էր պատրաստել արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների, քողարկված գործընթացի և իր դիրքորոշման վերաբերյալ՝ ուղղված ԱՀ նախագահին, ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահին, ԱՀ ԱԳ նախարարին և ԱՀ նորընտիր նախագահին։ Միջոցառումն իրականացնելուց հետո, երեկոյան պարզ դարձավ, որ կուսակցության իրականացրած միջոցառման կապակցությամբ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում, իսկ երեկ պարզ դարձավ, որ 6-7 կուսակցական անդամներով, բոլոր առողջապահական նորմերը և սոցիալական հեռավորությունները պահպանմամբ, նամակներ հանձնելու կապակցությամբ, որոշում է կայացվել հարուցել քրեական գործ։
Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը գտնում է, որ իշխանությունները գործել են ոչ իրավաչափ, խախտել ժողովրդավարության և մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքն՝ իրականացնելով քրեական հետապնդում կուսակցության նկատմամբ։
Կոչ ենք անում Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքական իշխանությանը զերծ մնալ խիստ վիճելի ու ակնհայտ քաղաքական երանգ ունեցող քրեական գործեր ու քրեական հետապնդումներ իրականացնելու գայթակղությունից։

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը, որպես ընդդիմադիր ուժ, կրկին անգամ վստահեցնում է, որ ոչ մի քրեական գործ, ոչ մի ճնշում չի՛ կարող մեզ հետ պահել մեր դիրքորոշումից և շարունակական պայքարից։ Մենք ստիպելու ենք գործադիր իշխանությանը հասկանալու, որ իշխանությունը պատասխանատվություն է սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։ Իսկ ենք հուսախաբ չենք անելու մեր ընտրողներին՝ աշխատելու ենք, վերահսկելու ենք իշխանության կողմից իրականացված ծրագրերի օրինականությունն ու արդյունավետությունը»,- նշված է հայտարարությունում։
