«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ Փաշինյանի` Թուրքիա կատարած այցի վերաբերյալ կողմերը ոչինչ չասող հայտարարություն տարածեցին, որից տպավորություն ստեղծվեց, թե այցը եղել է «անպտուղ», որեւէ համաձայնություն չի կայացվել։ Սա ինչ-որ առումով ուրախալի լուր էր մեզ համար, քանի որ մինչ հանդիպումը խոսվում էր, որ փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրվելու, որում ներառված կլինի նաեւ, այսպես կոչված, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հարցը։

Սակայն վերջին օրերին թուրք-ադրբեջանական մամուլը գաղտնազերծում է այդ այցի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները։ Ըստ հրապարակումների՝ նշվում է, թե Հայաստանը, Թուրքիան եւ Ադրբեջանը համաձայնության են եկել, այսպես կոչված, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հարցում, ինչը հնարավոր է տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքականության եւ տրանսպորտային ցանցերի զգալի տեղաշարժ առաջացնի։ Ըստ այդ համաձայնության՝ Ռուսաստանը զրոյական վերահսկողություն կունենա միջանցքի նկատմամբ:

Իսկ երեկ գաղտնազերծվեց ամերիկյան մի ծրագիր, որ միջանցքի վերահսկողությունը հանձնվելու է ամերիկյան մասնավոր ընկերության: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս տեղեկությունները շրջանառվում են Բաքու-Մոսկվա հարաբերություններում լարման ֆոնին։ ՀՀ իշխանություններն էլ հակառուսական նոր ալիք են բարձրացրել, ինչը եւս մատնում է, որ Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու ծրագիրը գործնական փուլ է մտել, եւ կողմերն ակտիվ համագործակցում են այդ հարցում։

Երեկ նաեւ լուր տարածվեց, որ Ալիեւն ու Փաշինյանը հուլիսին հանդիպելու են Դուբայում։ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակը չհերքեց այդ տեղեկությունը՝ հին, ծեծված միտքը կրկնելով. «Վարչապետի այցերի մասին ժամանակին տրամադրվում է պատշաճ տեղեկատվություն»։
