Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը, թիմակիցների հարազատները պարբերաբար հայտնվում են սկանդալների կենտրոնում՝ իրենց արցախատյաց բնույթը ցուցադրելով։ Եվ այդպիսի զազրելի դրվագները մեկ կամ երկուսը չեն, բազմաթիվ են։ Ամենաթարմ դեպքն էլ երեկ է եղել, Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանի հայրը՝ Նուրան Սինանյանը ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանի հրապարակած լուսանկարին կից մեկնաբանություն է թողել` Բաքվի և Երևանի բանտերում գտնվող Դավիթ Իշխանյանին ու Դավիթ Գալստյանին անվանելով տխմար, նշելով, որ նրանք իրենց իսկ մեղքով են հայտնվել բանտում։ «Այդ տխմարները ձերբակալվել են իրենց ախմախ խելքի պատճառով, և կարևոր չէ, թե ում կողմից»,– գրել է Նուրան Սինանյանը։

Սոցցանցերում Արթուր Խաչատրյանի հրապարակած լուսանկարում իրար կողքի նստած են Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին խոսնակ Դավիթ Իշխանյանն ու Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանը: Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերին էր հայտնվել ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ, այժմ դատվում է Բաքվում։ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանին էլ հունիսի 25–ին 2 ամսով կալանավորել են Երևանում` իրավապահների մոգոնած «ահաբեկչության» և «իշխանությունը բռնի զավթելու» գործերով։

Սովորաբար նման անմակարդակ գրառումներն արվում են իշխանական ֆեյքերի, տարատեսակ ՊՈԱԿ-ներում բուծած կեղծ օգտատերերի կողմից, բայց երբեմն-երբեմն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները կամ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամներն էլ չեն կարողանում զսպել իրենց, հոգու աղբը դատարկում են սոցցանցերում։ Եվ սա ամենևին պարզ տգիտություն չէ, այլ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից տարվող նպատակաուղղված հակաքարոզչություն արցախցիների նկատմամբ։
