Իշխանությունը մտադիր է չգրանցել Սամվել Կարապետյանի քաղաքական ուժը

Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտնությունը հայաստանյան քաղաքականության մեջ ալեկոծել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին», իսկ նոր, որակապես այլ քաղաքական ուժ ստեղծելու Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունը խուճապի է մատնել։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը ամեն ինչ անելու են այդ քաղաքական ուժը չգրանցելու համար։ Թեպետ Կարապետյանն ինքը չի նշել, թե ի՞նչ ֆորմատով է այդ ուժը գրանցել ներկայացնելու՝ կուսակցությո՞ւն, կուսակցությունների դաշի՞նք, թե՞ այլ նախաձեռնություն, համենայնդեպս, «Քաղպայմանագրում» այնքան վախեցած են, որ արդեն իսկ սկսել են քայլեր ձեռնարկել այդ ուղղությամբ։

Օրերս Փաշինյանի տված ծավալուն ասուլիսը հենց անուղղակի կերպով հանձնարարություն էր պետական մարմիններին ամեն գնով չգրանցել Սամվել Կարապետյանի ենթադրյալ կուսակցությունը, և թույլ չտալ դրա մասնակցությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը արդարադատության նախարարին խիստ զգուշացում է տվել, որ որևէ կերպ չփորձեն անգամ դիտարկել Սամվել Կարապետյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների ներկայացրած դիմումները։ Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարել է, թե 3 երկրի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող Կարապետյանը չի կարող Հայաստանում զբաղեցնել որևէ ընտրովի պաշտոն, բացառությամբ ավագանու անդամի, այն էլ, եթե հաշվառված լինի Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Իհարկե, այս իրավական հարցերը թե՛ Կարապետյանը և թե՛ իր թիմակիցները հրաշալի հասկանում են, կուսակցության գրանցումն էլ, եթե այդպիսին լինի, տեղի կունենա Կարապետյանի որևէ մերձավորի կամ հայտնի քաղաքական դեմքի անունով, իսկ գործարարը կլինի այդ կուսակցության դեմքը և այդ կերպ կմասնակցեն ընտրություններին։

Նախօրեին Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունը վկայում է, որ, ըստ ամենայնի, հենց Նարեկ Կարապետյանը կարող է լինել քաղաքական այդ ուժի նոմինալ ղեկավարը և ինքն էլ ակտիվորեն մասնակցի քաղաքական պրոցեսներին։ Ամեն դեպքում, Կարապետյանի հայտնությունը խառնել է ոչ միայն Փաշինյանի, այլ նաև մի շարք ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի հաշվարկները, որոնք նման լուրջ մրցակցի առկայության պայմաններում կարող են դուրս մնալ քաղաքական գործընթացներից, ուստի չի բացառվում, որ իշխանությունից բացի, այդ ուժերը ևս սկսեն հարվածել Սամվել Կարապետյանին։
