Օրերս իր կայացած ասուլիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման միակ քննարկվող տարբերակն ամերիկյան տարբերակն է։ Նախօրեին տեղի է ունեցել Փաշինյանի հեռախոսազրույցն Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փերզեշքիանի հետ։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն քննարկել են երկկողմ, տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։ Ու այդուհանդերձ, ամերիկյան առաջարկի վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն հայտնի չէ։ Քննարկե՞լ են արդյոք 2 երկրների ղեկավարները, թե՞ ոչ։

Հուլիսի 17-ին էլ տեղի էր ունեցել Հայաստանի և Իրանի անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների հեռախոսազրույցը։ Օրերս էլ փոխվարչապետն էր ընդունել Իրանի դեսպանին։ Երկու դեպքում էլ քննարկել էին ապաշրջափակման հնարավորությունը։

Պաշտոնական Թեհրանի տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն Ալի Աքբար Ահմադիանը վերահաստատել էր, որ «Իրանը դեմ է տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական լանդշաֆտի ցանկացած փոփոխության»։ Ու փաստացի, այս կերպ, իրանական կողմը Հայաստանին զգուշացում է արել, որ ամերիկյան որևէ ընկերության մուտքը տարածաշրջան, ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակումն ամերիկյան հովանավորությամբ կարող է լուրջ խնդիրներ հարուցել, և հենց դա է պատճառը, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը զերծ է մնում տեղեկություններ տարածելուց, փորձում են հասկանալ, թե ինչպես կկարողանան կարգավորել այս խնդիրը։

Տարածաշրջանի գրեթե բոլոր տերությունները դեմ են օտարերկրյա ուժերի ներկայությանը։ Նույնպես դժգոհ են նաև ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունից։ Թեպետ դիտորդների դեպքում առանձնապես մեծ բողոք չէ նկատվել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ դիտորդները զինված չեն, հայ-իրանական սահմանին էլ չեն գտնվում, ապա սահմանին անմիջական մերձավորությամբ անցնող ճանապարհը կամ միջանցքը, ով ինչպես անվանի, ամերիկյան վերահսկողության հանձնելը հարվածում է Իրանի կենսական շահերին, իսկ Թեհրանը բազմիցս ապացուցել է, որ իր կենսական շահերը պահպանելու համար պատրաստ է գնալ կոշտ լուծումների։
