Ռուսական տելեգրամյան ալիքների փոխանցմամբ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին մոտ կանգնած և Ռուսաստանում բիզնեսով զբաղվող մի շարք ձեռնարկատերեր կարող են խնդիրներ ունենալ ռուս ուժայինների հետ։ Ըստ այդ աղբյուրների, ներկայումս գործողություններ են ընթանում օլիգարխներ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի, Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի և Մանվել Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ՝ մաքսանենգությանը մասնակցելու հարկերից խուսափելու և էթնիկ կազմակերպված հանցավոր խմբավորումների հետ փոխգործակցության առնչությամբ։

«Ֆինանսապես առավել ինտենսիվ ոլորտները, որտեղ ակտիվները կասկածելի ծագում ունեն, հայկական ալկոհոլի և գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի շուկաներն են։ Ավելին, անցած տարվա հուլիսին նմանատիպ իրադարձությունները արդեն ազդել էին Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի վրա, կասեցվել էր ադամանդների գողությամբ և դրանք մաքսանենգությամբ Հայաստան ներմուծմամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խմբի գործունեությունը»,- նշում են ռուսական ալիքները, հավելում, թե առաջիկայում այդ գործողություններն ավելի են սաստկանալու, առավել ևս, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը չի կարող ազդեցություն չունենալ ազգությամբ հայերի վրա։


Մոսկվայում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ Ռուսաստանում գործունեություն ծավալող և ՌԴ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող մեծահարուստները ամենևին էլ փաշինյանական իշխանության հետ սերտ առնչություններ չունեն, ընդհակառակը, ավելի շատ ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեն, ինչպես, օրինակ, կալանավորված Սամվել Կարապետյանը։

Ի տարբերություն Ալիևի և Ադրբեջանի, որը ոչ միայն սերտ կապեր ունի Ռուսաստանում ապրող և գործող ադրբեջանցի օլիգարխների հետ, շատ ժամանակ էլ նրանց միջոցով որոշ հակաօրինական գործողություններ է իրականացնում, ինչը վերջին շրջանում բավականին ակնհայտ դարձավ հակաադրբեջանական գործողությունների առումով, Ռուսաստանում ավելի շատ հակված են պատժել հենց հայաստանյան օլիգարխներին։ Ընդ որում, հրաշալի գիտեն, թե ով է Փաշինյանի իշխանության հետ կապված և ով՝ ավելի շատ ընդդիմադիր, ուստի և հենց առաջնային թիրախում վերը նշված օլիգարխներն են։
