Փաշինյանը Մակունցին նոր պաշտոնի է պատրաստում

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանի՝ մանդատից հրաժարվելուց և աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելուց հետո իշխանությունում նոր վերադասավորումներ են սպասում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ գործող նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը տեղափոխվելու է Միացյալ Նահանգներ, որպես Հայաստանի դեսպան։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարեց, որ Լոռու մարզպետ էլ նշանակելու է պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանին։ Ըստ էության, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» Լոռու մարզում պարզապես որևէ թեկնածու չունի, որին կկարողանա առաջարկել մարզպետի պաշտոնը և ստիպված է եղել Արեն Մկրտչյանին առաջարկել մարզպետի պաշտոնում։

«Քաղպայմանագրում» փորձում են գուշակել, թե ի՞նչ պաշտոնի կնշանակվի ներկայումս Միացյալ Նահանգներում Հայաստանի դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցը։ Վերջինս, նշենք, Փաշինյանի անգլերենի ուսուցիչն է եղել և չափազանց սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի գործող իշխանությունների հետ։ Նախորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում էլ գլխավորում էր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության խմբակցությունը։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է Մակունցին վերադարձնել Հայաստան և նշանակել իր խորհրդական՝ առնվազն առաջիկա մի քանի ամիսների համար։

Ըստ ամենայնի, Մակունցը կլինի ՔՊ ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին եռյակում, և չի բացառվում, որ Փաշինյանը վերջինիս նախապատրաստում է Ազգային ժողովի նոր նախագահի պաշտոնի համար։ Մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ազատվել կուսակցությունում ազդեցիկ դիրքեր զբաղեցրած տարբեր պաշտոնյաներից կամ էլ նրանց ավելի ցածր պաշտոնների նշանակել, իսկ բարձր պաշտոնների մի մասը ուզում է հանձնել կուսակցական կանանց։ Թեպետ Մակունցը ՔՊ վարչության անդամության թեկնածու չէ, բայց և դա չի խանգարի Փաշինյանին նրան նման բարձր պաշտոնի համար առաջարկել, հատկապես որ Վաշինգտոնում կնքված համաձայնագիրը փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես Մակունցի ջանքերի արգասիք։ Ըստ ամենայնի, իրադարձությունները հենց այդպես էլ կծավալվեն։
