Եվրամիությունը (ԵՄ) 2025 թվականի առաջին յոթ ամիսներին Ուկրաինային է փոխանցել 10.1 միլիարդ եվրո Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի սառեցված միջոցներից ստացված եկամուտներից, հաղորդում է «Welt am Sonntag» թերթը՝ հղում անելով Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի տվյալներին։

Հրապարակման համաձայն, Բրյուսելն այդ միջոցներն օգտագործում է ռազմական և քաղաքացիական նախագծերը ֆինանսավորելու համար։ Մարտին, մայիսին, հունիսին և հուլիսին, ինչպես նշում է թերթը, Ուկրաինայի կառավարությունը սառեցված ռուսական ակտիվներից ստացված շահույթից ստացել է 1-ական միլիարդ եվրո, հունվարին՝ 3 միլիարդ եվրո, ապրիլին՝ 3.1 միլիարդ եվրո։

Որոշ քաղաքական գործիչներ պնդում են, որ Կիևը պետք է հասանելիություն ունենա ռուսական բոլոր միջոցներին, այլ ոչ թե միայն տոկոսներին։ Սակայն տնտեսագետները զգուշացնում են ֆինանսական համակարգի համար նման քայլի կործանարար հետևանքների մասին։

Օգոստոսի 11-ին Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը ստացավ Ռուսաստանի անօրինականորեն արգելափակված ինքնիշխան ակտիվների վերաինվեստիցիայի արդյունքում բռնագրավված եկամտի երրորդ տրանշը՝ 1.6 միլիարդ եվրոյի չափով։ Ավելի վաղ Եվրահանձնաժողովը հայտնել էր, որ այդ միջոցների 95%-ը կուղղվի Ուկրաինային տրամադրվող միջազգային վարկերի վճարումներին, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության և դրա անդամների կողմից տրամադրվածներին, իսկ մնացած 5%-ը կփոխանցվի «Ուկրաինայի անհետաձգելի ռազմական կարիքներին», այդ միջոցների համար զենքի մատակարարումները կիրականացվեն Եվրոպական խաղաղության հիմնադրամի միջոցով։
