Մակունցին այլևս դեսպան չեն նշանակի

Վաշինգտոնում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունում տեղի է ունեցել հրաժեշտի ընդունելություն դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցի պատվին՝ վերջինիս պաշտոնավարման կապակցությամբ։

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, Կանզասի ազգային գվարդիայի և երկկուսակցական առաջատար վերլուծական կենտրոնների ներկայացուցիչներ, ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ պատվո հյուպատոսները, ամերիկահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ։ Մակունցը դեսպան է նշանակվել 2021 թվականի օգոստոսին, և երկրորդ անգամ նրա պաշտոնավարումը երկարացվել էր։ Այս անգամ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, թերևս, ամերիկյան կողմի պարտադրանքով հրաժարվել էին երկարաձգել և, ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների, Միացյալ Նահանգներում դեսպան կնշանակվի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի գործող նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը։

Ի տարբերություն Լիլիթ Մակունցի, ով ամենայն նախագահական ընտրությունների ժամանակ հասցրել էր փչացնել հարաբերությունները Հանրապետական կուսակցության հետ՝ հայկական կողմի ողջ աջակցությունը տրամադրելով միայն պարտված դեմոկրատներին, Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը, համենայնդեպս, բավականին լավ կապեր է կարողացել հաստատել հանրապետական վարչակարգի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Իսկ Մակունցին, ըստ ամենայնի, որևէ այլ երկրում դեսպան չէ նշանակվելու։ Եթե այդպիսի ցանկություն լիներ, նախօրեին Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած դեսպանահավաքին վերջինիս ևս կհրավիրեին։ Ի դեպ, այդ հավաքին մասնակցել է նաև Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը՝ Փաշինյանի և այլ պաշտոնյաների ուղեկցությամբ, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է մամուլի տեղեկությունները, որ Նահանգներում դեսպանն է լինելու Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը։

Իսկ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնում կնշանակվի մանդատը վայր դնող Արսեն Թորոսյանը։ Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ նախարարությունում արդեն իսկ բավականին լուրջ խժդժություններ են սկսվել։ Մարդիկ չեն ցանկանում աշխատել Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ՝ լավ իմանալով նրա թե՛ բարոյական և թե՛ մարդկային կերպարը։
