«Մեր ձևով» շարժման մեկնարկը․ խոստումներից դեպի իրական գործողություններ

Օգոստոսի 29-ին, Երևանի «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրում, Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնադրված «Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժումը պաշտոնապես կներկայացվի հանրությանը։ Շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի մամուլի ասուլիսը, որին հրավիրված են ինչպես հայաստանյան, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ, կարող է դառնալ նոր շրջափուլի մեկնարկ՝ Հայաստանի սոցիալ-քաղաքական կյանքի համար։

Ի՞նչ սպասել նոր շարժումից։ Վերջին տարիներին հանրապետությունում ձևավորվել է խոր անվստահություն քաղաքական դասի նկատմամբ։ Խոստումների ու կարգախոսների ավելցուկը, գործնական քայլերի բացակայությունը և հանրային դժգոհությունների անարձագանք մնալը ստեղծել են մթնոլորտ, որտեղ մարդիկ պատրաստ են լսելու այլընտրանքային ձայն։ Այս առումով Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությունը կարող է առանձնանալ՝ շեշտը դնելով ոչ թե խոստումների, այլ փաստացի գործերի վրա։

Հասարակության պահանջարկն այսօր պարզ է․ մարդիկ ուզում են տեսնել գործեր, որոնք իրենց կյանքում կբերեն իրական փոփոխություն։ Այդ պատճառով շարժման հիմնական ուղերձը՝ «Կուսակցություններն ու քաղաքական գործիչները միայն իրենց մասին են մտածում։ Եկեք դադարենք սպասելուց և սկսենք ինքներս կառուցել երկիրը», ընկալվում է որպես ուղիղ արձագանք հանրային տրամադրություններին։

Կարապետյանի գլխավոր տարբերությունը քաղաքական գործիչներից այն է, որ նա արդեն իսկ ապացուցել է իր կարողությունները իրական արդյունքներով։ Նրա գործունեությունը, լինելով գործարար դաշտում, ձևավորել է վստահություն, որ խոսքը և գործը կարող են համընկնել։

Նույնիսկ անօրինական ձերբակալությունից հետո նրա ծրագրերը և նախաձեռնությունները շարունակել են գործել՝ ցույց տալով կառավարման այն որակը, որն ակնկալում է հասարակությունը։ Այս առումով Կարապետյանի հաջողությունը պայմանավորված չէ քաղաքական խաղերով․ նա առաջարկում է այլընտրանքային ուղի՝ հիմնված աշխատանքի, ոչ թե իշխանական խոստումների վրա։

Օգոստոսի կեսերին Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց շարժման հայեցակարգի մասին, իսկ ամսվա ավարտին խոստացավ ներկայացնել կոնկրետ գործողություններ։ Հիմա այդ պահը եկել է։ Նորաստեղծ շարժման առաքելությունը պարզ է՝ դառնալ գործնական քայլերի գործիք և իրականացնել այն, ինչը տարիներ շարունակ անտեսվել է քաղաքական դասի կողմից։

Կարապետյանի կողմնակիցները համոզված են, որ հասարակության հոգնածությունը քաղաքականությունից վերածվելու է պահանջարկի` դեպի իրական գործեր։ Իսկ եթե այդ գործերը լինեն համակարգված, ապա շարժումը կկարողանա դառնալ ոչ միայն հայտարարությունների, այլև՝ իրական փոփոխությունների հարթակ։

«Մեր ձևով» շարժումը պետք է փորձի վերափոխել հանրային պահանջը գործնական օրակարգի։ Եթե Կարապետյանը կարողանա իրագործել այն մոտեցումը, որ գործն ավելի կարևոր է, քան խոսքը, ապա շարժումը կդառնա այն իրական այլընտրանքը, որին այսքան երկար սպասել է հայ հասարակությունը։
