ԶՊՄԿ-ն հետևողական է՝ պաշտպանել իր իրավունքները

Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» հետևողականորեն շարունակելու է պաշտպանել իր իրավունքները և օրինական շահերը հարուցված քրեական գործերի և ընկերության կողմից ներկայացված քաղաքացիական հայցերի շրջանակներում:

Խոսքը տարեսկզբին ԶՊՄԿ-ում կազմակերպված ապօրինի բողոքի գործողությունների մասին է, երբ մի խումբ անձինք կազմալուծել էին կոմբինատի աշխատանքները, ինչը լուրջ հետևանքներ ունեցավ նաև ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա։ Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը վճիռներ է կայացրել փետրվարի սկզբին ապօրինի գործողություններով «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի» բնականոն աշխատանքը խաթարած, Ընկերությանը սաբոտաժի ենթարկած մի շարք նախկին աշխատողների հայցերով։ Դատարանն արձանագրել էր, որ այդ աշխատողների գործողությունները եղել են անօրինական, խոչընդոտել են ընկերության բնականոն գործունեությանը և այդ անօրինական գործողություններով նշված անձինք ընկերությանը պատճառել են զգալի վնասներ։

Դատարանի դատավորները նշել են, թե ԶՊՄԿ-ն գործել է օրինականության դաշտում՝ ազատելով սաբոտաժի կազմակերպիչներին աշխատանքից։ Ավելին, դատարանը վճռել է, որ այդ աշխատակիցներն այլևս չեն կարող վերականգնվել ընկերությունում աշխատանքի։

Հունվարի 31-ից մեկնարկած բողոքի ակցիան ավարտվել էր տասն օր անց, ընկերության ղեկավարությունն ընդառաջ էր գնացել աշխատակիցների խնդրանքին, աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում, սոցիալական արտոնություններ և անվտանգային նոր միջոցներ ներգրավել ԶՊՄԿ-ում, թեպետ, հանուն արդարության, ՀՀ տնտեսության ողնաշարը հանդիսացող ընկերությունը այդ հարցերում միշտ էլ առաջատարն է եղել։

Իսկ դատարանի վերջին վճիռները նախադեպային կարող են լինել, որպեսզի այլևս որևէ մեկի խելքին չփչի կազմալուծել թե՛ ԶՊՄԿ-ի, թե՛ այլ ընկերության աշխատանքը կեղծ օրակարգերով։
