Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը նախօրեին հայտնեց, թե Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի շրջանակում առաջիկա օրերին Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և Սերդար Քըլըչի հանդիպումը։ Թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներն էլ տեղեկություն են տարածել, թե հանդիպումը նախատեսված է արդեն այս շաբաթվա սկզբին, իսկ Սերդար Քըլըչի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը ենթադրաբար Հայաստան կժամանի «Ալիջանի» սահմանային անցակետով։

Վերջին անգամ հայ և թուրք բանագնացները պաշտոնական հանդիպում ունեցել էին 2022 թվականի հուլիսին Վիեննայում։ 4-րդ հանդիպման ժամանակ պայմանավորվել էին բացել ցամաքային սահմանը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, ընդ որում՝ ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում։ Հայկական կողմը ահռելի միջոցներ էր ծախսել «Մարգարայի» անցակետը վերակառուցելու համար, բայց մինչ օրս որևէ անցակետ բաց չէ։ Ընդամենը երկու անգամ այդ անցակետով շարժ է եղել․ 2023 թվականի փետրվարին Երևանը 100 տոննա մարդասիրական օգնություն ուղարկեց երկրաշարժից տուժած Թուրքիա։ Այս տարվա մարտին էլ անցակետը 10 օրով բացվել էր մարդասիրական օգնություն Սիրիա ուղարկելու համար։

Թուրքիան սահմանային անցակետերի բացումը և հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը շաղկապում է հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների դրական ելքի հետ։ Անցած շաբաթ Չինաստանում հանդիպել էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը, շեշտել կառուցողական մոտեցումների պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը, պայմանավորվել էին շարունակել երկխոսությունը։ Ըստ երևույթին՝ Վաշինգտոնում Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրումից հետո Թուրքիայի համար ձեռքերն ազատվում են Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու։ Իհարկե, Թուրքիան շատ ավելի վաղ կցանկանար հարաբերությունները կարգավորել Հայաստանի հետ՝ ստանալով իր բոլոր նախապայմանների կատարումը, ինչպես նաև տնտեսական էքսպանսիա իրականացնել Հայաստան, բայց զերծ էր մնում նման գործողություններից Ադրբեջանի պահանջով։

Ըստ ամենայնի՝ այժմ հրաշալի ժամանակ է ստացվել, որը Թուրքիան օգտագործելու է իր համար, իսկ թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի, Հայաստանի տնտեսության և քաղաքականության համար՝ կարծես թե ասելու կարիք չկա։
