Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը կասկածանքով է վերաբերվում ԱՄՆ-ում մեկ ամիս առաջ ստորագրված հռչակագրին և Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի միջև պայմանավորվածություններին։ Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտի ուսանողների և դասախոսների հետ հանդիպմանը Լավրովը հայտարարել է, թե անհրաժեշտ կլինի տեսնել, թե ինչպես կգործեն ԱՄՆ-ում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները իրականում։

Ըստ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարի՝ համաձայնությունների հասնելը «հարևանների ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է», բայց նկատել է, որ սկզբնական ոգևորված արձագանքները փոխարինվել են թերահավատ գնահատականներով։ «Պետք է տեսնել, թե ինչպես կգործի Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև պայմանավորվածությունը, քանի որ Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումից հետո առաջին մի քանի օրերին հնչած բոլոր ոգևորված արձագանքերը հետագայում փոխարինվեցին թերահավատ գնահատականներով, երբ փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվեց։ Եվ, ինչպես պարզվում է, այնտեղ ամեն ինչ չէ, որ համաձայնեցված է», - ասել է Լավրովը։

Ամեն դեպքում, արձանագրելով, որ խնդիրները դեռևս պահպանվում են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, իսկ Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված պայմանավորվածությունը ամենևին էլ այն չէ, փաստն այն է, որ Սերգեյ Լավրովը իր գերատեսչությամբ ամեն ինչ արել է Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին Ռուսաստանից վանելու և Միացյալ Նահանգների գիրկը նետելու համար։ Հենց Ռուսաստանի պետական որոշ մարմինների անգործության և անփութության հետևանքով է, որ Հայաստանում, ինչպես նաև վերջերս Ադրբեջանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների կտրուկ աճ է արձանագրվել, և դրա համար պատասխանատուն ռուսական որոշ հատուկ ծառայություններն ու նրանց հետ գործակցող Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն են։

Ամիսներ շարունակ լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ Ռուսաստանում ամեն ինչ չէ, որ հարթ է այդ ուղղությամբ։ Եվ ռուսական իշխանությունները բավականին լուրջ քննություն են անցկացնում՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչպես Հայաստանում և Ադրբեջանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների նման աճ և գեներացում տեղի ունեցավ։

Ի դեպ, երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության 5-րդ ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Դմիտրի Միլյուտինը («Թատերասեր» մականունով) ազատվել է աշխատանքից։ Վերջինս զբաղվում էր մոլդովական և Մերձնեստրի ուղղություններով, որտեղ ևս Ռուսաստանը բավականին լուրջ ձախողումներ է կրել։

Ըստ երևույթին, Ռուսաստանում որոշակի փոփոխություններ տեղի կունենան նաև Հայաստանի և Հարավային Կովկասի ուղղությամբ, առավել ևս որ հարավկովկասյան ուղղությունն այժմ ռուսական իշխանությունների մոտ սկսել է վերահսկել Պուտինի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Սերգեյ Կիրիենկոն։
