«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հնդկաստանն ու Իրանը Թեհրանում արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև խորհրդակցություններ են անցկացրել՝ «կապերը բարելավելու» նպատակով։ Ըստ հաղորդագրությունների, բանակցությունների հիմքում Չաբահար նավահանգստի գործունեության խթանման, «Հյուսիս–Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի զարգացման, ինչպես նաև այլ թեմաներ են։ Դրանից զատ, տեղի է ունեցել Հնդկաստան-Իրան-Հայաստան պարբերական դարձած եռակողմ հանդիպում, որը ձևավորվում է վերջին մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում՝ Իրանի միջոցով Հնդկաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև կապեր հաստատելու համար։

Անդրադառնալով այս թեմային՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը գրում է, որ Հնդկաստան-Իրան-Հայաստան միջանցքը կմիանա Հյուսիս-Հարավին, և դա թույլ կտա Հայաստանին դառնալ կապող օղակ ՌԴ-ի ու Վրաստանի և Իրանի միջև. ռուսական ապրանքները տարանցվելու են դեպի Իրան և Պարսից ծոց, իսկ հնդկական և իրանական ապրանքները ՀՀ-ով, որպես միջանցք, կարտահանվեն վրացական սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ (Փոթի, Բաթումի) և ՌԴ(Վերին Լարսով)։

«Հայաստանը պետք է ներգրավի ուղիղ ներդրումներ ՌԴ-ից՝ որպես ռազմավարական դաշնակից և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկիր, Իրանից՝ որպես ՀՀ-ի բարեկամ և թուրքադրբեջանական տանդեմին հակազդող երկիր, ինչպես նաև Հնդկաստանից՝ որպես տնտեսական գերտերության, որը նաև Ադրբեջանի դաշնակից Պակիստանի հակառակորդն է։ ՀՀ-ի համար թիվ մեկ խնդիր է մնում ինչպես անվտանգության ապահովումը ռուսական, հնդկական և, ինչու ոչ, նաև իրանական զինատեսակներով, այնպես էլ տնտեսության զարգացումը՝ մասնավորապես Սյունիքով անցնող Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի զարգացումը, ինչը թույլ կտա ստեղծել լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղեր Սյունիքում: Հայաստանը շարունակելու է գտնվել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ճնշումների ներքո, և այդ ճնշմանը դիմակայելու համար պետք է դաշնակիցների օգնությամբ ունենալ հզոր բանակ և կայուն տնտեսություն՝ մաս կազմել տարածաշրջանային կարևորության լոգիստիկ, էներգետիկ-տրանսպորտային նախագծերին, նոր ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչել հարևան Իրանի, Վրաստանի հետ և ԵԱՏՄ-ի համար դառնալ կամուրջ դեպի իրանական 80 միլիոնանոց շուկա»,-գրում է ալիքն ու հավելում, որ, այսպիսով, Հայաստանը թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին դիմագրավելու համար պետք է հենվի թե՛ ավանդական դաշնակիցների վրա, թե՛ գտնի նոր դաշնակիցներ՝ ի դեմս Հնդկաստանի՝ այս դեպքում նաև Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան-Պակիստան կոալիցիային դիմակայելու համար։
