Երեկ վերջապես կայացել է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերով բանագնացների հանդիպումը, ընդ որում, տևական դադարից հետո թուրքական կողմից բանագնաց Սերդար Քըլըչը Հայաստան է այցելել Մարգարայի անցակետով, որտեղ նրան դիմավորել է Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։ Արդեն Երևանում ԱԳՆ շենքում կայացած հանդիպմանը կողմերը մի քանի հայտարարություններ են արել, նշել, որ համապատասխան մարմինները անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական ուսումնասիրություններ կկատարեն Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթուղու և էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի վերականգնման և գործարկման համար։

Վերահաստատել են նախորդ հանդիպումների ժամանակ մշակված և համաձայնեցված հարցերը Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորման գործընթացի առաջ մղման նպատակով, պայմանավորել են ջանքեր գործադրել մշակույթի և ակադեմիական ոլորտներում համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու ուղղությամբ, նաև Անիի/Մետաքսի ճանապարհի կամրջի համատեղ վերականգնման վերաբերյալ։

Հաղորդվում է, թե հատուկ ներկայացուցիչները նաև համաձայնել են իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքներ միտված այլ հետաքրքրված ընկերությունների կողմից 2026 թվականի ամռանից տարբեր ուղղություններով թռիչքներ իրականացնելուն, ինչը կավելացնի օդային երթուղիների և թռիչքների թիվը երկու երկրների միջև։ Վերահաստատվել է նաև հանձնառությունը շարունակել այս գործընթացն առանց որևէ նախապայմանի։ Այդուհանդերձ, նախապայմանները կան և հնչել են հանդիպումից անմիջապես հետո։ Ինքը՝ Սերդար Քըլըչը, նախքան Հայաստան այցելելը, կրկին խոսել է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին, Սյունիք տեղանունն ընդհանրապես չի օգտագործել և կրկին առաջ տարել թուրքական և ադրբեջանական նարատիվները։

Իսկ այն, որ այս հանդիպումը 2 երկրների հատուկ բանագնացների միջև ընդամենը իմիտացիա է, կարելի է պարզել՝ հետևելով հանդիպման արձագանքներին։ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը կստորագրեն 2026 թվականի առաջին կեսին։ Ֆիդանը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջնական համաձայնագրի ստորագրելն է հենց համարում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հնարավորություն, ինչը հենց նախապայման է։

Ըստ էության, գործ ունենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ և Թուրքիայի քավորությամբ իրականացվող մի գործընթացի հետ, որի շրջանակներում ընդամենը իմիտացիա է իրականացվում, փորձում են խաբել հայ հասարակությանը հարաբերությունների կարգավորմամբ։ Պաշտոնական Անկարան նման որևէ ցանկություն առայժմ չունի։
