Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշել է, որ չգիտի «Ինտերտեսիլ»-ի  մասնակիցների շարքում հայկական մշակույթի ներկայացուցչի բացակայության պատճառը: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Մեր հայ ընկերները շատ լավ գիտեին, որ մրցույթն անցկացվում է, և հարցը, թե ինչու մասնակիցների շարքում հայկական մշակույթի ներկայացուցիչ չկա, մեզ չպետք է ուղղվի: Մենք ուրախ կլինենք տեսնել բոլորին, այդ թվում՝ իհարկե, մեր հայ ընկերներին», - ասել է Լավրովը:

«Ինտերտեսիլը» Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոհեռարձակման միջազգային կազմակերպության (OIRT) երգի մրցույթ է, որը գոյություն է ունեցել 1946-ից 1993 թվականներին։ Այն անցկացվել է 1960-ական և 1980-ական թվականներին՝ «Եվրատեսիլի»՝ OIRT-ից անջատված Եվրոպական հեռարձակողների միության երաժշտական ​​մրցանակաբաշխության նմանությամբ։ Մրցույթին մասնակցել են ոչ միայն ԽՍՀՄ-ին մոտ գտնվող սոցիալիստական ​​երկրները, այլև Ավստրիան, Բելգիան, Իսպանիան, Կանադան, Նիդեռլանդները, Պորտուգալիան և Ֆինլանդիան։

Վերածնված «Ինտերտեսիլը» կանցկացվի 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Մոսկվայում, որի ուղիղ հեռարձակումը կցուցադրի Առաջին ալիքը։ Մրցույթին Ռուսաստանը կներկայացնի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վաստակավոր արտիստ Յարոսլավ Դրոնովը, որը հայտնի է Շաման կեղծանվամբ։
