Փաշինյանի «բալանսավորումը» բալանսից գցելու է Հայաստանը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «հավասարակշռված և հավասարակշռման արտաքին քաղաքականությունը» սպառնում է նոր աղետներ բերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Մինչ Փաշինյանը մի կողմից հայտարարում է Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունները խորացնելու, կուսակցության համաժողովում էլ հռչակագրով ամրագրում ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ անդամագրվելուն ուղղված ջանքերի ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը, մյուս կողմից՝ կրկին խոսում Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները բարելավելու մասին։

Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում տեղի ունեցող տրանսֆորմացիան շատ օգտակար ու կառուցողական է, դրանում դրականն անգամ ավելի էական է, քան բացասականը։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ կան գործընկերներ, որոնք կարծում են, որ ՌԴ–ն Հայաստանի դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմ է վարում։ Հիմնավորումները հետևյալն են՝ ռուսական մի շարք հեռուստաալիքներ կամ առանձին խոսնակներ, բանախոսներ այդպիսի տրամաբանություն են զարգացնում։ Սակայն Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձն այդ տրամաբանությամբ չի դիտարկում ՀՀ–ՌԴ հարաբերությունները։

«Եվ ես շատ բարձր եմ գնահատում դա: Եվ ես ասում եմ դա մեր բոլոր քննարկումներում, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային գործընկերներին: ՌԴ նախագահի հետ երկխոսությունը, որ մենք ունենք, շատ բարձր եմ գնահատում, շատ կարևոր է: Այդ գնահատանքի տրամաբանությամբ էլ մենք կշարունակենք առաջնորդվել: Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ իսկապես տրանսֆորմացիան, որը տեղի է ունենում, շատ օգտակար ու կառուցողական է, որովհետև մենք քննարկում ենք բաց, ազնիվ, գործընկերային մթնոլորտում: Իմ կարծիքով՝ բազմաթիվ խնդիրների, որոնք, թվում էր, որ կարող են բարդություններ առաջացնել, մենք գտել ենք, գտնում ենք ու կգտնենք լուծումներ»,–ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Թերևս, նրա հայտարարությունն էր պատճառը, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը Անկախության օրվան նվիրված իր ուղերձում ուղղակի զգուշացում է արել Փաշինյանին։ «Մենք ակնկալում ենք բացահայտել Հայաստանը որպես «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ներկայացնելու Ձեր գեղեցիկ տեսլականի, ինչպես նաև Հանուն միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման Թրամփի ուղու (TRIPP) ամբողջ ներուժը․ դրանք երկուսն էլ կխորհրդանշեն մեր փոխադարձ հանձնառությունը և կստեղծեն իրական տնտեսական առավելություններ»,-նշել է Թրամփը՝ ըստ էության զգուշացնելով, որ հանկարծ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների հարցում խաղեր չտա ոչ ՌԴ-ի, ոչ այլ երկրի հետ։
