Սեպտեմբերի 8-11-ը RiskX 2025 by Mastercard-ը համախմբել էր ավելի քան 600 մասնագետի 50-ից ավելի երկրներից՝ քննարկելու համար միջազգային փոխանցումների ու վճարումների անվտանգությանը, ռիսկերի զսպմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: 

Քարտային գործարքների անվտանգությունն՝ առաջնահերթություն

RiskX 2025 by Mastercard-ի առանցքում միջազգային քարտային գործարքների անվտանգությունն էր, արհեստական բանականության կիրառման հնարավորությունները կիբերհանցագործությունների կանխարգելման, ռիսկերի զսպման համար, ինչպես նաև նոր ծրագրային լուծումների ինտեգրման հնարավոր ազդեցությունը միջազգային անկանխիկ գործարքների անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման վրա:

Միջոցառման շրջանակում տեղի ունեցավ նաև Mastercard միջազգային վճարահաշվարկային համակարգի կողմից այդ նպատակով մշակված և շատ բանկերում ներդրված ծրագրի շնորհանդեսը: Ծրագիրն արդեն երկար ժամանակ կիրառվում է նաև Կոնվերս Բանկում:

Mastercard-ով միջազգային անկանխիկ գործարքների վերահսկմանը միտված ծրագրի հիմքում, առաջին հերթին, անվտանգությունն է ու արագությունը, ինչը վերջնարդյունքում հանգեցնում է բանկային գործարքների նկատմամբ վստահության բարձրացման:

Mastercard-ի թվային լուծումը հիանալի և ճկուն գործիք է, որի ներդրումից շահում է թե ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունը, թե հաճախորդը:

Կոնվերս Բանկի Քարտերի վարչության պետ Ինեսսա Հայրապետյանը նշում է, որ խոսքը նախևառաջ բանկերի արտարժութային՝ փոխարժեքով պայմանավորված ռիսկերի զսպման մասին է, ինչը թույլ է տալիս խուսափել ֆինանսական կորուստներից:  

Ծրագրի ազդեցությունը կամ արդյունավետությունը հաճախորդների համար տեսանելի չէ, սակայն անհերքելի է. սա գործիք է, որը թույլ է տալիս արագ արձագանքել միջազգային անկանխիկ գործարքների, գնումների ժամանակ զեղծարարություններից տուժածների բողոքներին և քայլեր ձեռնարկել միջոցները հետ վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ՝ առանց հավելյալ ծախսերի:

Կոնվերս Բանկը Mastercard միջազգային վճարահաշվարկային համակարգի անդամ է դարձել 2009թ-ին: Արդյունավետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ համակարգի կողմից արժանացել է մրցանակների նորարարությունների ներդրման, անկանխիկ գործարքների խթանման ուղղությամբ ջանքերի, ինչպես նաև մարքեթինգի ոլորտում հաջողությունների համար:
