«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության առաջնորդներից Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը գրել է․

«ԽԻՍՏ ԿԱՐԵՎՈՐ, ԽՆԴՐՈՒՄ ԵՄ ՏԱՐԱԾԵԼ

Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանության մասով իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները շահարկում են անհասկանալի վենդետայի վարկածը, որի վերաբերյալ հարկ ենք համարում նշել հետևյալը։

Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը անձնական որևէ խնդիր չի ունեցել որևէ մեկի հետ՝ իր գործունեության ընթացքում բացառապես առաջնորդվելով «բոլորի համայնքապետը» սկզբունքով՝ անելով առավելագույնը հանուն միասնության և համերաշխության։

Մերձավան գյուղում փետրվար ամսին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետ որևէ առընչություն չեն ունեցել Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը, նրա եղբայրը։ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի եղբոր ապօրինի կալանավորումը եղել է մարտի 30-ի ընտրություններից առաջ քաղաքական ճնշման դրսևորում, որի վերաբերյալ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը փետրվարի 8-ին արել է պաշտոնական հայտարարություն։

Անգամ դատախազության կողմից ներկայացված մեղադրանքով՝ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի եղբայրը մեղադրվում է բացառապես խուլիգանություն կատարելու հոդվածով՝ չունենալով որևէ առընչություն սպանության հետ։

Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանության գործող առաջին անձի (փետրվարին սպանվածի եղբոր) ձերբակալումից հետո ՆԳՆ-ի կողմից ցուցաբերվեց խայտառակ ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում՝ սպանությունը ներկայացնելով որպես փետրվարյան դեպքերի շարունակություն՝ կատարելով դատարանի գործառույթ։ Սա իրավապահ համակարգի կողմից քաղաքական գնահատական տալու անթույլատրելի դրսևորում է։

Հաջորդ օրը առերևույթ սպանություն կատարող անձի ձերբակալումը ակնհայտ դարձրեց, որ հնարած վենդետայի վարկածը որևէ առընչություն չունի իրականության հետ։

Վերահաստատելով Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի հանրային բացառիկ ազնիվ և պատշաճ վարքագիծը, բացառելով միջանձնային խնդիրների առկայությունը՝ անկհայտ է, որ նրա սպանության գործով առկա են կազմակերպիչներ և պատվիրատուներ։

Իրավապահ համակարգից պահանջում ենք շարունակել սպանության ամբողջական բացահայտման օպերատիվ աշխատանքները՝ զերծ մնալով տեղի ունեցածին տալ գնահատականներ՝ այն թողնելով դատարանի իրավասությանը։

Մենք խիստ հետևողական ենք լինելու Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանության ամբողջական բացահայտմանը։ Բոլոր մեղավորները դատարանի կողմից ստանալու են արժանի պատիժ»։
