ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ելույթ է ունեցել ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստում «Հունգարիայի կողմից Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամակցության պարտավորությունների կատարումը» թեմայով զեկույցի քննարկման ժամանակ:

«Ցանկանում եմ անդրադառնալ մի շարք փաստերի, որոնք ցույց են տալիս Հունգարիայի իշխանությունների վարքագծային օրինաչափությունները։

Բոլորդ գիտեք, որ դեռևս 2004 թվականին Հունգարիայում անցկացվող ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջոցառման ընթացքում ադրբեջանցի մասնակիցը քնած վիճակում կացնահարելով սպանեց Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի սպա Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին։ 2012 թվականին Հունգարիան այդ մարդասպանին արտահանձնեց Ադրբեջան, որտեղ նրան անմիջապես ներում շնորհվեց, ինչպես նաև տրվեց նոր զինվորական կոչում և բնակարան։ Այդ ժամանակվա Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Գլխավոր քարտուղարը հայտարարեց, և ես մեջբերում եմ․ «Դատապարտված մարդասպանին պատվելը և նրան հերոսի վերածելը անընդունելի է»։ Այնուամենայնիվ, մինչ օրս Հունգարիայի իշխանությունները որևէ պաշտոնական ներողություն չեն հայտնել։ Նրանք պարտավոր են ներողություն խնդրել հայ ժողովրդից։

Հինգ տարի անց Ադրբեջանի կողմից փողերի լվացման սխեմայի քննության արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ հենց 2012 թվականին՝ Սաֆարովի արտահանձնման օրերին, ավելի քան 9 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխանցումներ են կատարվել Հունգարիայի մայրաքաղաք Բուդապեշտում գտնվող MKB բանկի հաշվին։

Ես հատուկ օգտագործեցի «վարքագծային օրինաչափություններ» արտահայտությունը։ Այս տարի, երբ Եվրոպական Միության անդամ երկրները որոշեցին Հայաստանին տրամադրել «ոչ մահաբեր» ռազմական աջակցություն Եվրոպայի խաղաղության հիմնադրամից, Հունգարիան վետո դրեց այդ որոշման վրա։ Ավելին, մամուլում հրապարակված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ադրբեջանական հարձակումից ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ Բուդապեշտը արդեն իսկ պայմանագրեր էր կնքել՝ օգնելու ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում «գյուղերի վերակառուցման աշխատանքներում»,- նշել է Մամիջանյանը:
