Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն են ստացվել, որ Սպիտակ քաղաքում մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, նույն գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզի քրեական վարչության և համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սպիտակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խմբերը:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վիճաբանությունը, ծեծկռտուքը և կրակցները տեղի են ունեցել Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ, հայտնի գործարար Արկադի Համբարձումյանի՝ հանրությանը հայտնի «Դերժավայի Արկադիի» տան մոտ:

Ոստիկանությունը խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալել է 7 հոգու, որոնցից մեկը «Դերժավայի Արկադիի» տղան է:

Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
