Հայաստանում ձևավորված բռնապետական վարչախումբը, իրավապահ համակարգը վերածելով սեփական կամքը սպասարկող գործիքի, շարունակում է բռնաճնշումների իր քաղաքականությունը՝ նպատակ ունենալով լռեցնելու ազատ խոսքը Հայաստանում։

Իշխող վարչախումբը հատկապես վրդովեցուցիչ վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերում Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ՝ վարվելով ոչ պակաս դաժան, քան բոլշևիկները և երիտթուրքերը։ Վարչախումբը, կատարելով հայ ժողովրդի թշնամիների պատվերը, փորձում է կազմաքանդել մեր եկեղեցին։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն անկախացումից ի վեր երբևէ այսքան մեծ թվով քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ չի ունեցել։ Այս փաստը վկայում է, որ իշխող վարչախումբը բռնապետական համակարգից անցում է կատարում դեպի բացահայտ նեոբոլշևիկյան ամբողջատիրություն։

«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է վարչախմբի այս հակասահմանադրական և հակաժողովրդավարական գործելաոճը, իր զորակցությունն է հայտնում վարչախմբի անօրինականությունների թիրախում հայտնված անձանց։
