«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ դաշտ նետվեցին հոգևորականների հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների ձայնագրություններ: Ինչ-որ առումով դրա նախազդն արդեն տրվել էր: Երեկվա «արտանետված» խոսակցությունները ներեկեղեցական հարաբերությունների թեմայով էին:

Դրանց հետ կապված՝ շատերը կարծիք էին հայտնում, որ նման «արտահոսքերով» իշխանությունները փորձում են Ամեայն հայոց կաթողիկոսին ձերբակալելու «հիմքեր» ձևավորել: Կային նաև կարծիքներ, որ դրան, այնուամենայնիվ, չեն գնա: Բայց այս իշխանություններից ամեն ինչ, ցանկացած հոռի դրսևորում սպասելի է: Սակայն այստեղ կա հարցի մյուս կողմը, այսինքն՝ բուն հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների հրապարակումը: Եթե ընդունենք, որ այդ ձայնագրությունները սարքված չեն և իրականում տեղի են ունեցել, ապա խոսքը հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների գաղտնիության խախտման մասին է, որն ինքնին հանցագործություն է, ինչպես երեկ նշեց Մայր Աթոռն իր հայտարարության մեջ: Ի դեպ, սա ամենևին առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ հեռախոսազրույցները հանրայնացվում են:

Կարող է նախնական տպավորություն ստեղծվել, որ տարածվող ձայնագրությունը զրուցակիցներից մեկն է արել և հիմա հանրայնացնում է: Բայց, հաշվի առնելով, որ մեկ խոսակցության մասին չէ խոսքը, կա նաև մեկ այլ զրուցակից, պետք է ենթադրել, որ գործ ունենք գաղտնալսված հեռախոսային խոսակցության և դրա մշակված ձայնագրության հանրայնացման հետ:

Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ իրավապահ համակարգը գաղտնալսած խոսակցությունները մամուլի միջոցով հրապարակում ու տարածում է՝ դրանք փաստացի օգտագործելով որպես իշխանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ձեռնտու քաղաքական ու քարոզչական «գործիք»:

Սա, ամեն դեպքում, իրավական լուրջ խնդիրներ է բերում իր հետ: Խնդիր է նախ այդ համատարած գաղտնալսումը: Ավելի ստույգ՝ դրանց օրինականությունը: Խնդիր է այդ ձայնագրությունների տարածումը լրատվամիջոցներով:

Ուշագրավ է, որ ձայնագրությունների հրապարակումից կարճ ժամանակ անց «իրավապահ մարմինները», ի դեմս գլխավոր դատախազության, արձագանքեցին հետևյալ ձևակերպմամբ. «Համացանցում տարածվող ձայնագրությունը վարույթի շրջանակում քննության առարկա կդառնա»: Նկատի ունենալով, որ վերջին շրջանում նման «քննությունները» դրսևորվում են ՀԱԵ բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականների, շինծու մեղադրանքներով նրանց ազատությունից զրկելու տեսքով, հազիվ թե կարելի է որևէ անտագնապ սպասում ունենալ (թերթը պատրաստ էր տպագրության, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել): Թեպետ մի հարց, միևնույնն է, մնում է. իսկ այդ ձայնագրությունների ձեռքբերման ու հրապարակայնացման հարցը դառնալո՞ւ է «քննության առարկա»...
