Փաշինյանի հրահանգով Գյումրիում հետևել են ռուսական ռազմակայանին

Մինչ իրավապահ մարմինները Գյումրիում վեց ժամ շարունակ հատուկ գործողություններ էին իրականացնում՝ քաղաքապետարանի շենքից բերման ենթարկելու Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանին և քրեական գործով անցնող մյուս մեղադրյալներին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի առանձին հրաման էլ տվել էր Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը, որպեսզի տասը աչքով հետևեն ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում կատարվող գործողություններին, տեսնեն՝ արդյոք ինչ-որ շարժեր, ռեակցիաներ կան այն գործողությունների դեմ, որոնք իրականացվում են Վարդան Ղուկասյանի նկատմամբ։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չափազանց անհանգիստ է ռուսական կողմի վարքագծով։ Կարծում է, որ կարող են ռուսական ռազմաբազայից ինչ-որ գործողություններ լինել, ուստի իր մտահոգությունները փարատելու համար հատուկ մարդիկ են տեղակայել ռազմակայանի շրջակայքում, որոնք հետևել են, այդ թվում նաև անօդաչու սարքերով։ Թեպետ ռուսական կողմը անընդհատ Փաշինյանին հանգստացնում է, որ որևէ խնդիր չկա և վերջինիս հետ դեռևս կարող են պայմանավորվել, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ այդ կերպ ռուսները պարզապես փափուկ բարձ են դնում իրենց գլխի տակ և առանձնապես նրանցից դրական արձագանքներ չեն սպասում։

Ուստի բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ Փաշինյանը հենց նման բանի էր սպասում, և այդ պատճառով երեկ մանրամասն հետևել է ռուսական ռազմաբազայում կատարվող իրադարձություններին։ Ռուսական կողմն էլ, թերևս տեղյակ լինելով կատարվող իրադարձություններին, ինչպես նաև ակնհայտորեն տեսնելով օդից կառավարվող դրոնները, որևէ գործողություն չի ձեռնարկել, ավելի շուտ հետևել է, տեսնի՝ թե ինչ է կատարվում։
