Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ հարձակումներով և սպառնալիքներով գերազանցում են իրենց լիազորությունները. եկեղեցին օրենքով առանձնացված է պետությունից, հայ ժողովուրդը եկեղեցուն վերաբերվում է մեծ հարգանքով և վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին լիազորություն չի տվել բարեփոխել եկեղեցին իր հայեցողությամբ։

Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել է Մոսկվայի և Համայն Ռուսիո պատրիարք Կիրիլի խորհրդական ավագ քահանա Նիկոլայ Բալաշովը:

«Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության ներկայիս ղեկավարը որոշել է անհավասար պայքարի մեջ մտնել ազգային հոգևոր արժեքների դեմ և այդ նպատակով հետապնդում և վիրավորում է եկեղեցու առաջնորդներին ու հոգևորականներին, ձերբակալություններ անում, եկեղեցու շենքերի առգրավման սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնում: Հնարավոր է, որ դա տեղի է ունենում արտաքին ուժերի ազդեցության տակ, քանի որ նման գաղափարներն ակնհայտորեն չեն արտացոլում հայ ժողովրդի զգացմունքները, որը մեծ հարգանքով է վերաբերվում իր եկեղեցուն և Փաշինյանին լիազորություն չի տվել այն բարեփոխելու սեփական կամայականությամբ», - ասել է Բալաշովը։

Նա հավելել է, որ ըստ Հայաստանի օրենսդրության՝ եկեղեցին անջատ է պետությունից, և պետական ​​պաշտոնյաները իրավունք չունեն միջամտելու նրա գործերին։

«Աշխարհիկ պետության քաղաքական գործիչը իրավունք չունի միջամտելու եկեղեցական կյանքի կառուցվածքին, որը որոշվում է եկեղեցու կանոնական օրենքներով։ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը երաշխավորում է կրոնական կազմակերպությունների գործունեության ազատությունը և ընդգծում, որ դրանք ինքնավար են և անջատ են պետությունից։ Հետևաբար, վարչապետը նման հայտարարություններով խախտում է իր սահմանադրական լիազորությունները՝ թույլ տալով իրեն վիրավորական դիտողություններ և սպառնալիքներ անել եկեղեցու ղեկավարության հասցեին», - ընդգծել է նա։

Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ պետությունը պարտավորվել է ճանաչել Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու՝ որպես ազգային եկեղեցու բացառիկ առաքելությունը հայ ժողովրդի հոգևոր կյանքում, ազգային մշակույթի զարգացման և ազգային ինքնության պահպանման գործում:

«Պատմական փորձը համոզիչ ցույց է տալիս, որ մարդկանց հավատքի և եկեղեցու դեմ պայքարն անխուսափելիորեն ավարտվում է պարտությամբ, իսկ եկեղեցի անարգողները խայտառակվում են»- եզրափակել Է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:
