Եվրոպացինե՛ր, սա՞ է ձեր պատկերացրած ժողովրդավարությունը

Հոկտեմբերի 29-ին Ազգային ժողովի դիմաց անցկացված բողոքի ակցիան դարձավ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ներսում կուտակված սոցիալական և քաղաքական լարվածության արտահայտություն, այլև ուղիղ ուղերձ՝ հասցեագրված Եվրոպային։ Ակցիան, որը նախաձեռնել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության երիտասարդական թևը, միտված էր ուշադրություն հրավիրել Հայաստանում քաղաքական բանտարկյալների, ինչպես նաև Բաքվում պատանդառված մեր հայրենակիցների ճակատագրի վրա։ Այդ պահին խորհրդարանում ընթանում էր Եվրանեսթի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստը, և երիտասարդները փորձել են իրենց ձայնը հասցնել հենց եվրոպացի պատգամավորներին։

Ակցիայի ընթացքում հնչած ելույթները ցույց տվեցին հասարակության խորացած հիասթափությունը՝ թե՛ իշխանությունների անգործությունից, թե՛ միջազգային կառույցների կեղծ ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներից։ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը ուղիղ դիմել է եվրոպացի պատվիրակներին՝ ասելով․ «Միջազգային կառույցներ, դուք ընտրում եք Փաշինյանի ռեժիմը՝ մարդու իրավունքի և արժեքի փոխարեն։ Եվրոպացինե՛ր, սրանց հետ եք դեմոկրատիա կառուցո՞ւմ։ Դուք եք երկարացնում Նիկոլի իշխանության օրերը»։ Այս ուղիղ և խիստ ուղերձը արտացոլում է այն համոզմունքը, որ արևմտյան կառույցները աչք են փակում Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության խեղման և քաղաքական հետապնդումների վրա՝ միայն թե պահպանեն Փաշինյանի կառավարությանը որպես իրենց տարածաշրջանային գործընկեր։

Ակցիայի ընթացքում հնչեցված մյուս կարևոր շեշտադրումն արեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Բաքվում անազատության մեջ գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական պատանդների վիճակին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ադրբեջանական բանտերում տիրող անմարդկային պայմանները և խոշտանգումները հասել են այն աստիճանի, որ որոշ մարդիկ անելանելիությունից փորձում են ինքնասպանություն գործել։ «Կարմիր խաչը», որը վերջին կառույցն էր, դեռևս հնարավորություն ունեցող՝ այցելելու և վերահսկելու գերիների վիճակը, այլևս չի գործում բռնապետական Ադրբեջանում։ Սա նշանակում է՝ գերիները մնացել են լիակատար մենակության և անպաշտպանության մեջ։

Ուշագրավ էր նաև, որ եվրոպացի պատվիրակները ԱԺ բակից հետևում էին ցուցարարների ելույթներին՝ առանց որևէ արձագանքի։ Այդ լռությունը կարծես ավելի խոսուն էր, քան ցանկացած պաշտոնական հայտարարություն։ Այն արտացոլում է այն երկակի չափանիշների քաղաքականությունը, որով Եվրոպան գնահատում է իր «գործընկերներին»՝ հանդուրժելով մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումը, երբ դա ձեռնտու է իր քաղաքական շահերին։

Այսօրվա Հայաստանը կանգնած է այն սահմանագծին, որտեղ եվրոպական լռությունը վերածվում է մասնակցության՝ անարդարության հանդեպ։ Երբ Եվրոպան հանդուրժում է քաղաքական բանտարկյալների գոյությունը և աչք է փակում սեփական արժեքների խախտման վրա, նա այլևս չի կարող խոսել ժողովրդավարության անունից։ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հստակ ուղերձ են հղում՝ ժողովրդավարությունը չի կարող կառուցվել կեղծ լռության և քաղաքական հաշվարկների վրա։
