«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկու օր է՝ ինտենսիվ քննարկվում է տեղեկությունը, որ ՀԷՑ-ը դեռևս հունիսին՝ մինչև Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորումը, դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին՝ ընկերության խնայողությունների հաշվին էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը նվազեցնելու առաջարկով: ՀԾԿՀ-ն մերժել է այս առաջարկը:

Երեկ հայտարարվեց, որ այսօր էլ «Տաշիր կապիտալ» ընկերությունը պնդում է՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի շահույթի հաշվին այս պահին կատարել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի իջեցում: Բնականաբար, ՀԾԿՀ-ն, որը գոնե օրենսդրությամբ պետք է որ անկախ մարմին լինի, էլի համաձայն չէ, իսկ այդ կառույցի նախագահի երեկվա հայտարարություն-պարզաբանումն ուղղակի նպատակ ուներ «բարդ» նախադասություններով «լղոզել» իրավիճակը: Դժվար է հիշել որևէ այլ դեպք, երբ առաջարկ է ներկայացվում սակագին իջեցնելու, իսկ ՀԾԿՀ-ն դեմ է լինում:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սա պատահական չէ, ինչի մասին, ի դեպ, երեկ ակնարկեց նաև ՀԷՑ գլխավոր տնօրենի նախկին պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Ղազինյանը: Բանն այն է, որ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն ցանկանում են Սամվել Կարապետյանի հաշվին նախընտրական փուլում լավություն «ծախել» մեր հանրության վրա: Այսինքն, նրանք առաջիկայում ՀԾԿՀ-ի միջոցով ցանկանում են լիցենզիայից զրկել ՀԷՑ-ին, հետո՝ մոտավորապես մարտին նույն Սամվել Կարապետյանի շահույթի հաշվին իջեցնել սակագինը (տարբեր հաշվարկներով՝ ընդուպ մինչև 6 դրամով), և դա ընտրություններից առաջ դարձնել փիառային «դրոշակ», թե՝ եկանք, ՀԷՑ-ը փրկեցինք, սակագինն իջեցրինք և այլն: Դրանից մոտ վեց ամիս անց՝ օգոստոսի վերջերին, երբ ընտրություններն արդեն վաղուց անցյալում կլինեն, սակագինը նորից կբարձրացնեն:
