Մադրիդի «Ռեալի» ղեկավարությունը պատրաստվում է դատական հայց ներկայացնել ՈւԵՖԱ-ի դեմ, հայտնում է իսպանական AS պարբերականը։

Աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ «արքայական» ակումբը՝ Եվրոպական Սուպերլիգայի նախագիծը խթանող A22 ընկերության հետ միասին, պահանջում է զգալի ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում։ Հայցը ներկայացվելու է ՈւԵՖԱ-ի դեմ՝ 4,5 միլիարդ եվրոյի չափով վնասի փոխհատուցման պահանջով։

Ավելի վաղ Մադրիդի նահանգային դատարանը մերժել էր ՈւԵՖԱ-ի կողմից Սուպերլիգայի մեկնարկի վերաբերյալ ներկայացված բողոքը։ Դրանից հետո նախագծի նախաձեռնողներին իրավունք էր տրվել դատական հայց ներկայացնել ՈւԵՖԱ-ի դեմ՝ պահանջելով կրած վնասի փոխհատուցում։

Նշվում է, որ «Ռեալի» և Սուպերլիգան ղեկավարող ընկերության փաստաբաններն արդեն աշխատում են երկու կազմակերպությունների կողմից ՈւԵՖԱ-ի դեմ ներկայացվող դատական հայցի վրա՝ պատճառված վնասի փոխհատուցման համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024 թվականի մայիսին Մադրիդի արբիտրաժային դատարանը մասամբ բավարարել էր Սուպերլիգայի կազմակերպիչների հայցը և որոշել, որ ՈւԵՖԱ-ն ու ՖԻՖԱ-ն պետք է «դադարեցնեն իրենց հակամրցակցային վարքագիծը և արգելեն դրա կրկնությունը ապագայում», ինչպես նաև պարտավորեցրել էր նրանց անհապաղ վերացնել իրենց հակամրցակցային գործողությունների բոլոր հետևանքները։
