«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չէր բացառել, որ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանից կարող է գազ ներկրել։ Նշենք, որ ներկայումս Հայաստանը գազ ստանում է ՌԴ-ից և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից, և դա թույլ է տալիս ամբողջությամբ ապահովել մեր գազասպառումը: Փաշինյանի այդ ելույթից հետո բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ նշում էին, որ նախ՝ Ադրբեջանն ինքն այս պահին չի կարող անգամ իր վերցրած պատվերները կատարել, ուր մնաց՝ նոր պատվերներ ընդունի։ Բացի այդ, ինչպես նշել էր տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը, ադրբեջանական գազը եվրոպական շուկայում 2-3 անգամ ավելի թանկ գնով է վաճառվում, քան մենք Ռուսաստանից ենք ձեռք բերում։

Գաղտնիք չէ՝ Հայաստանը ռուսական գազը ստանում է բացառիկ ցածր գներով, որոնք հասանելի չեն համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկայում։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը զբաղեցնում է երկրորդ տեղը՝ ռուսական գազի մատակարարումների մատչելիության առումով՝ Բելառուսից հետո։ Ընդ որում, ըստ փորձագիտական գնահատականների, Հայաստանը չի գտնում գազամատակարարման այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ, որոնք կարող են առաջարկել ռուսական գազից ավելի ցածր գին։ Ռուսաստանի գազի ներկայիս գինը Հայաստանի սահմանին կազմում է 165 դոլար՝ հազար խորանարդ մետրի դիմաց. նման գին այսօր պարզապես չկա համաշխարհային շուկայում։ Ավելի պարզ պատկերացնելու համար պարզապես նշենք, որ 2025 թ. նոյեմբերին եվրոպական գազային «շուկայում» գինը մոտ 400 դոլար է հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար։ Այսինքն, 2,4 անգամ բարձր, քան այն գինը, որով Հայաստանը գազ է գնում Ռուսաստանից:

Ոլորտի փորձագետները շեշտում են, որ այլընտրանքային մատակարարները օբյեկտիվորեն չեն կարող Հայաստանին առաջարկել ավելի շահառու պայմաններ՝ գնի առումով։ Նրանց համոզմամբ, եթե Հայաստանը հրաժարվի ռուսական գազից, ապա կախման մեջ է լինելու ադրբեջանական գազից, իսկ Ադրբեջանն էլ իր հերթին ցանկացած պահի կարող է կտրել գազը, այսինքն՝ գործ ունենք նաև անվտանգային խնդրի հետ:

Այսինքն, Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքը ռուսական գազը դարձնում է երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության համար օպտիմալ և առավել շահավետ լուծում։ Կրկնենք՝ Հայաստանի համար գործող գինը միջազգային շուկաների համեմատ էականորեն ցածր է, ինչի պատճառով էլ հաճախ նշվում է, որ Հայաստանը օգտվում է «բացառիկ» պայմաններից։
