Դոնի Ռոստովի և նրա արվարձան Բատայսկի դատարանները տեղի երկու բնակիչների՝ Ալիսա Անիսիմովային և Գալինա Զազիմկոյին, տուգանել են 5000-ական ռուբլով՝ Ռուսաստանում անցանկալի համարվող «Ռուսաստանի հակապատերազմական կոմիտեի» Telegram ալիքին բաժանորդագրվելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնել է «Че по Ростову?» հեռուստաալիքը։

Դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ կանանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուսաստանում անցանկալի համարվող կազմակերպության գործունեությանը մասնակցելու համար (Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի օրենսգրքի 20.33-րդ հոդված): Դատավճիռները կայացվել են Դոնի Ռոստովի Վորոշիլովսկի շրջանային դատարանի կողմից հոկտեմբերի 23-ին և Բատայսկի քաղաքային դատարանի կողմից՝ հոկտեմբերի 29-ին: Դատարանի որոշումների համաձայն՝ Անիսիմովան և Զազիմկան նաև ալիքում տեղադրել են «հակառուսական համարվող հաղորդագրություններ», հաղորդում է «Че по Ростову?»-ն:

«Գործակալությունը» նշում է, որ Անիսիմովայի և Զազիմկայի դեմ դատարանի որոշումները դեռևս չեն հրապարակվել և գործի նյութերում մանրամասներ չեն նշվում: Առաջին դեպարտամենտի փաստաբան Եվգենի Սմիրնովի խոսքով՝ նա նախկինում չէր լսել «անցանկալի» կազմակերպությունների սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերին հետևելու համար որևէ քրեական հետապնդման մասին:

Հոկտեմբերի կեսերին ԱԴԾ-ն հայտնել էր ՅՈՒԿՈՍ-ի նախկին ղեկավար Միխայիլ Խոդորկովսկու և «Ռուսաստանի հակապատերազմական կոմիտեի» 22 անդամների, այդ թվում՝ նախկին վարչապետ Միխայիլ Կասյանովի, քաղաքական գործիչներ Վլադիմիր Կարա-Մուրզայի, Դմիտրի Գուդկովի, շախմատի աշխարհի չեմպիոն Գարի Կասպարովի և այլոց դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին։ Նրանց մեղադրում են «իշխանությունը բռնի զավթելու» (ՌԴ ՔՕ 278-րդ հոդված) և «ահաբեկչական համայնք կազմակերպելու կամ դրան մասնակցելու» (ՔՕ 205.4-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասեր) մեջ։ Ըստ քննության տվյալների՝ կոմիտեի անդամները նպատակ են դրել ՌԴ-ում «փոխել սահմանադրական կարգը»։

2024 թվականի հունվարին կազմակերպությունը Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ճանաչվել է «անցանկալի»։ 2023 թվականի ապրիլին կոմիտեն «հիմնադիր փաստաթուղթ» է ընդունել՝ «Բեռլինի հռչակագիրը», որում «հայտարարվում է Ռուսաստանի գործող իշխանությունը լուծարելու անհրաժեշտության մասին»։ Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին կազմակերպության մասնակցությամբ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում ստեղծվել է «ռուսական ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակը»։

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Ռուսաստանում սկսել են տուգանքներ գործել համացանցում «ծայրահեղական նյութեր» փնտրելու համար, ընդ որում, VPN-ի օգտագործումը դարձել է ծանրացնող հանգամանք։
