ՀԺԿՀ-ն քննելու է ՀԷՑ-ի ճակատագիրը

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն այսօր շարունակելու է քննել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» ճակատագիրը։ Նախորդ շաբաթ հանձնաժողովը երկու նիստ է արել, քննարկել ընկերությանը լիցենզիայից զրկելու միջնորդությունը, ընդ որում երկրորդ օրվա քննարկումները տևել են տևել են 9 ժամից ավելի, ավարտվել կեսգիշերին, և Մեսրոպ Մեսրոպյանի գլխավորած հանձնաժողովը պարզապես ստիպված է եղել որոշում կայացնել, քննարկումը շարունակել արդեն երկուշաբթի օրը։

Եթե հանձնաժողովի անդամները դրական որոշում կայացնեն, ՀԷՑ-ը կզրկվի լիցենզիայից։ Որքան էլ «Տաշիր կապիտալի» ներկայացուցիչները կետ առ կետ ներկայացրել են գործող իշխանությունների ապօրինությունները ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման գործընթացում, ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանության դուդուկի տակ պարող Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը որոշում կայացնելու է այնպես, ինչպես ցանկանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կրկին լրջագույն խնդիրներ է ունենալու, բայց այս փաստը բոլորովին չի մտահոգում Փաշինյանին և նրա թիմակիցներին, որոնք սեփական մանր վրեժխնդրությունը բավարարելու համար պատրաստ են հարվածի տակ դնել Հայաստանի հեղինակությունը, ներդրումային միջավայրը և տնտեսական զարգացման հեռանկարները։ Գործող իշխանությունը վաղուց ապացուցել է, որ կարևոր այդ գործոններն իր համար որոշիչ չեն, միակ նպատակն ամեն գնով իշխանությունը պահելն է, իսկ ցանկացած մարդ, ով փորձում է գործող իշխանություններին կարգի հրավիրել, կամ էլ սեփական ու մտքերն է արտահայտում, անմիջապես հայտնվում է դեպի ավտորիտարիզմ սլացող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիրախում։

Արդեն 4 ամսից ավելի գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը գտնվում է կալանքի տակ, և եթե իրավիճակի կտրուկ բեկում չլինի, նա ավելի երկար կմնա կալանավորված։ Ի դեպ, այսօր նաև դատարանը քննելու է նրա կալանքը քննել երկարացնելու միջնորդությունը։
