«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս մենք տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ՌԴ-ում գտնվող ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանի որդիները վերջին տարիներին ակտիվ մասնակցություն են ունեցել մի շարք ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ Ուկրաինայի, ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի սանկցիաների ձևավորման գործընթացում։ Նշել էինք, որ դա իրականացվել է Ալեքսեյ Նավալնու հիմնադրած ФБК-ին՝ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնադրամին տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու միջոցով: Հրապարակման մեջ մասնավորաբար նշվում էին Բորիս Օբնոսովի, Ալեքսեյ Ռեպիկի, Ալեքսեյ Կրիվորուչկոյի,Պյոտր Ավենի և Մկրտիչ Օքրոյանի անունները:

«Փաստ» թերթի հետ կապ է հաստատել Միքայել Հարությունյանի որդիներից Արսեն Հարությունյանը և նշել, որ իրեն ու իր ընտանիքին վերաբերող տեղեկություններն այն մասին, թե ինֆորմացիա են տվել Նավալնիին, բացարձակ ճիշտ չեն, «ինչպես նաև մյուս տեղեկությունները»: «Այդ անուններից, որոնք գրված են հոդվածում, միակ մարդը, որին ես գիտեմ, Պյոտր Ավենն է։ Ես լսել եմ, որ նա խոշոր բանկի սեփականատեր է։ Մնացածներին անգամ չեմ էլ ճանաչում։ Նավալնիի և մյուսների հետ ընդհանրապես երբեք չեմ շփվել»,ասաց նա։

«Ժանրի կանոններով» Արսեն Հարությունյանը «պատվիրատու» էր տեսել նման տեղեկությունների հետևում: Ավելին, նրա կարծիքով, դա Մկրտիչ Օքրոյանն է։ Ամեն տեղեկության ու հրապարակման տակ «պատվիրատու» փնտրելու թեմային երևի թե դեռ հարկ կլինի անդրադառնալ: Հիմա պարզապես առանց մեկնաբանության ներկայացնում ենք Հարությունյանի խոսքը. «Օքրոյանը փախած է Հայաստանից, նա ԱՄՆ-ում, Եվրոպայում, Անգլիայում, Ճապոնիայում, Ուկրաինայում և այլ երկրներում սանկցիաների տակ է հայտնվել։ Դա եղել է դեռ երեք տարի առաջ։ Նա արտադրում է ինչ-որ զենքեր, պահեստամասեր, տիտանե անիվներ ռազմական ինքնաթիռների համար և այլն։ Դրա պատճառով է հայտնվել սանկցիաների տակ։ Սա վերաբերում է Եվրոպային, ԱՄՆ-ին և այլն։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանին, ապա այդ մարդու դեմ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր։ Նրանք ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը վաճառել են տիտանե անիվներ ինքնաթիռների համար։ Կա՛մ անիվները, կա՛մ պահեստամասերը չինական են եղել։ Եվ այդ ինքնաթիռներն այրվել էին, երբ օդ էին բարձրացել։ Որքան հասկանում եմ, անիվները սկսել են այրվել։ Այդ պատճառով այդ մարդու դեմ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, կան ձերբակալվածներ։ Չեմ հասկանում, թե ես կամ իմ ընտանիքն ինչ կապ ունենք այս ամենի հետ։ Իրենց հետ շփվել ենք երկար տարիներ, ամեն կերպ օգնել ենք ինչ-որ հարցերում՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր ընկերությունը, բայց հետո հայտնի դարձան իմ նշած փաստերը, որոնց մասին, բնականաբար, չգիտեինք։ Դրա հետ որևէ առնչություն չենք ունեցել»:
