«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ, կարելի է ասել, բավական ծանր հայտ ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը: Նա հաջողացրեց իր քաղաքական ընթացքը լրջորեն ձախողելու հիմքեր դնել՝ դեռ կարգին չսկսկած:

Բացի այն, որ տարիներ շարունակ ՄԻՊ աշխատած մարդը պատրաստ է որևէ պաշտոնյայի «վիզ կտրել», անկախ նրանից, թե նա ինչ է արել, Թաթոյանը նաև քաղաքական առնվազն տարօրինակ հայտարարություններ արեց: Դրանցից մեկը վերաբերում էր նրան, որ Հայաստանի պաշտոնաթող նախագահները պետք է դուրս գան 2026 թ. ընտրապայքարից: Մենք ոչ մեկ անգամ առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, որ ով էլ լինի, եթե իրապես ընդդիմադիր դաշտում է իրեն պատկերացնում, առնվազն պետք է զերծ մնա «նախկինացավից», որևէ այլ ընդդիմադիր ուժի կամ գործչի՝ քաղաքական դաշտում լինել-չլինելու, ընտրություններին մասնակցել-չմասնակցելու հետ կապված հայտարարություններից: Ինչպես բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ ու քաղաքացիներ երեկ հասցրին արտահայտվել, սա ուղիղ «նիկոլական նարատիվ» է: Ավելին, հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է պետք, որ ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտի քաղաքական հիմնական ակտորների մասնակցությունը, որպեսզի հեշտությամբ կարողանա վերարտադրվել: Մնացած բոլորը, ովքեր այս թեմայի մեջ են մտնում, ուղղակիորեն ջուր են լցնում նրա ջրաղացին, ավելին՝ կանխավ արդարացնում են հնարավոր միջամտությունները՝ որոշակի ուժերի կամ գործիչների մասնակցությունը խափանելու համար:

Մյուս կողմից, իհարկե, «հասկանալ կարելի է» նրանց, որոնց շատ պետք է քաղաքական դաշտի առաջատար ուժերի հնարավորինս չմասնակցելը, այդ դեպքում իրենք իրենցից գուցե ինչ-որ բան ներկայացնեն: Սակայն հազիվ թե նույնիսկ դա օգնի: Իրականում, եթե որևէ մեկն անկեղծ ցանկանում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չընտրվի, պետք է շահագրգիռ լինի, որ առնվազն մեկ հարցում իրական ընդդիմությունը միասնական լինի: Խոսքը միմյանց դեմ չպայքարելու մասին է...
