Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ է 12 միլիոն եվրո տրամադրել Հայաստանին հիբրիդային հшրձակումներին դիմակայելու համար

Եվրամիությունը պատրաստվում է աջակցել Հայաստանին երկրում 2026 թվականի ամռանը կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հնարավոր հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու, ինչպես նաև կիբեռանվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու հարցում։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ Բրյուսելում հայ լրագրողների խմբի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այդ մասին հայտնել է Եվրամիության ընդլայնման քաղաքականության հարցերով բարձր հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսը։ 

Նա նշել է Մոլդովայի փորձը, որտեղ, ըստ ԵՄ պաշտոնյայի, Ռուսաստանը փորձել է ապատեղեկատվության ակտիվ տարածման, կիբեռհարձակումների միջոցով միջամտել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։ 

ԵՄ բարձր հանձնակատարը հայտարարել է, որ Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ է 12 միլիոն եվրո հատկացնել՝ օգնելու Հայաստանին արդյունավետ պայքար մղել նմանատիպ հիդրիդային հարձակումների դեմ, որոնք կարող են լինել ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։ 

Նա մանրամասնել է, որ այդ աջակցությունը հնարավոր կտա բարձրացնել Հայաստանի համապատասխան ինստիտուտների կարողությունները՝ կանխատեսելու և արձագանքելու հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին: 

Կոսը հավելել է, որ այդ 12 միլիոն եվրոն նախատեսված չի լինելու միայն ՀՀ կառավարության համար, այլ դրանից կարող են օգտվել նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակությունն ու լրատվամիջոցները, որոնց դերը նույնպես շատ կարևոր է հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարի համար։

ԵՄ բարձր հանձնակատարը հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարի հարցում կարևորում է նաև Հայաստանի կառավարության ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ առանց դրա ուղղակի հնարավոր չէ արդյունքի հասնել։ 

Այդ հարցում ԵՄ հանձնակատարն առանձնահատուկ կարևորում է նաև համապատասխան ինստիտուտների առկայությունը, որոնք պատրաստ կլինեն արժանի հակահարված տալ հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին։
