Թուրքիան դեռ գործուն քայլեր չի անի սահմանը բացելու համար

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնել է, թե երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացման հստակ ժամկետ դեռ չկա։ «Բլումբերգ» գործակալությունն ավելի վաղ, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, հայտարարել էր, թե Թուրքիան դիտարկում է առաջիկա 6 ամիսների ընթացքում Հայաստանի հետ ցամաքային սահմանի բացման հնարավորությունը։

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն էլ նշել էր, թե Անկարան պատրաստ է 2026 թվականին Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում «խորհրդանշական քայլերի» գնալ։ Քայլերն ընդամենը խորհրդանշական են, և որևէ ռեալ աշխատանք այդ ուղղությամբ չի արվել, ըստ ամենայնի, չի էլ արվելու։ Առավելագույնը, գործող իշխանություններն ակնկալում են, որ արդեն հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին կհաջողվի բացել հայ-թուրքական սահմանը միայն 3-րդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։ Դա էլ հայկական կողմը դիմել է Թուրքիային իրականացնելու՝ բացառապես նախընտրական տրամաբանության մեջ։

Թուրքիան հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը շաղկապում է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման հետ։ Բացի այդ, Հայաստանի հետ սահմանը բացելուց հետո կարևոր մի լծակ Անկարայի ձեռքից կորելու է։ Սահմանը բացելուց հետո այլևս անհնար կլինի փակել, ուստի Թուրքիան ակնկալում է առավելագույնը ստանալ իր նախապայմաններից, պաշտոնական Երևանից, նոր դրանից հետո բացել սահմանը։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էլ հասկանում են այդ խաղի ողջ վտանգավորությունը, բայց այնպես են խրվել, որ այլևս ի վիճակի չեն որևէ կերպ դուրս գալ նման վտանգավոր քաղաքականության կիրառումից։ Իսկ դրանից հետո արդեն, երբ հայ-թուրքական սահմանը բացվի, Հայաստանի համար նոր խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ։
