Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը փակում է «Շողակաթ» հեռուստաընկերությունը

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ամեն գնով որոշել է լուծարել «Շողակաթ» հեռուստաընկերությունը։ Կառավարությունն այսօր գումարված նիստում հենց այդ հարցն էլ քննարկելու է։

Ըստ նախագծի՝ «Հոգևոր-մշակութային հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը» լուծարվում է «Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» օրենքում կատարված վերջին փոփոխություններից հետո։ «Հոգևոր-մշակութային հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը» 2011 թվականին ստեղծված և Հանրային հեռարձակողի կազմում գտնվող ընկերություն է, որն իրականացնում է «Շողակաթ» հեռուստաալիքի հեռարձակումը։ Այդ հեռուստաընկերությունը հիմնադրել է Մայր Աթոռը և հանդիսանում է դրա հիմնական ֆինանսավորողն ու գույքի սեփականատերը։

Շաբաթներ առաջ խորհրդարանն ընդունել էր քպական պատգամավորներ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի և Թագուհի Ղազարյանի առաջարկած փոփոխությունները, ըստ որոնց՝ հանրային հեռուստաալիքները երեքից դառնում են երկուսը։ Եվ թեպետ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» տարբեր անհեթեթ պատճառաբանություններ է ներկայացնում, փաստն այն է, որ միակ նպատակը Մայր Աթոռին վնասելն ու վերջին շրջանում բավական ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող հեռուստաընկերությունը պարզապես փակելն է։

Ի դեպ, այս նախագիծը միակը չէ, որ կառավարությունը քննարկում է։ Այսօրվա նիստում քննարկվելու է նաև Հողային օրենսգրքում առաջարկվող փոփոխությունները, ըստ որոնց՝ այսուհետ համայնքային ու պետական հողերը Մայր Աթոռին եկեղեցիների շինարարության և սպասարկման համար կտրամադրվեն ոչ թե անհատույց սեփականության իրավունքով, այլ միայն անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով։ Օրենքի հիմնավորումներում բացարձակապես չի նշվում, թե ինչու է այս փոփոխությունը նախաձեռնվում։

Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իր գործողություններում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ոչնչի առջև կանգ չի առնում՝ ընդհուպ հեռուստաընկերություն փակելով և Մայր Աթոռին վնասելով։ Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Մայր Աթոռի դեմ փաշինյանական արշավը ամենևին էլ միայն անձով պայմանավորված չէ, այլ հենց դրսի պատվերով ուղղված է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ։

Հ.Գ. Հոդվածն արդեն պատրաստ էր, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Շողակաթ» հեռուստաընկերությունը հունվարի 1-ից չի գործի. կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում որոշվեց լուծարել «Հոգևոր-մշակութային հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն» ՓԲԸ-ն։
