Տարեվերջին Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը  նիստ գումարեց և հայտարարեց, որ սպառողների համար էլեկտրաէներգիայի գինը չի բարձրանում, բայց այստեղ կա մի քանի խնդիր, հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀԷՑ-ի նախկին գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ուսումնասիրելու պարագայում տեսնում են, որ 3 մլդ 350 դրամ տրվելու է գնման երաշխիքով արտադրման կայանների բեռնաթափման արդյունքով տրվող փոխհատուցում. «Օրինակ, արևային կայաններ կան, որոնց արտադրությունը պետք է օպերատորը կանգնեցնի՝ հաշվի առնելով պահանջարկ-առաջարկ տարբերությունը։ Այսինքն՝ որոշակի ամիսների, ժամերի արտադրությունը լինում է ավելի շատ, քան սպառումը։ Դա խնդիր է առաջացնելու։ Եվ այդ կայանները բեռնաթափելու, անջատելու համար կայանների սեփականատերերը ստանալու են փոխհատուցում, որը սակագնի մեջ ներառված է»։

Ղազինյանը հիշեցրեց՝ այս տարի ատոմակայանը 150 օր չի աշխատելու. «Կանխատեսվել է 12.7մլդ դրամի  այլ ֆինանսական եկամուտ։ Նախորդ տարի կանգնել է 35-40 օր, բայց նախատեսված է եղել ընդամենը 189մլն դրամ այլ ֆինանսական եկամուտ։ Թող պատասխանեն, թե Երևան ՋԷԿ-ի և ԲԷՑ-ի  ֆինանսական վարկային պարտավորությունների փակումն ինչու են հետաձգել, դա այս տարի պետք է փակեին»։
