Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնել է, թե ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Անի Սամսոնյանին հետամտելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։ Ավելի վաղ Անի Սամսոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել էր, որ դեռևս հունվարին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ դատախազություն՝ իրեն հետամտելու և խուլիգանության (այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական բնույթով) դեպքի կապակցությամբ։

Սամսոնյանը գրել է, որ տվյալ անձը ներխուժել է նրա աշխատավայր, և նա ստիպված է եղել դիմել ինքնապաշտպանության։ Հետամտողը նախկին պատգամավորից պահանջել է հեռանալ քաղաքական դաշտից, սպառնալիքներ են տեղացել, և գրեթե մեկուկես ամիս անց, երբ նախկին պատգամավորը դեպքի մասին բարձրաձայնել է մամուլում, ընթացք է տրվել հունվարին ներկայացված հաղորդմանը։ Ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչներին հետապնդելու դեպքեր Հայաստանում բազմիցս են եղել, Փաշինյանի օրոք իրավիճակն ավելի սրվել է։ Սոցիալական ցանցերն էլ հնարավորություն են դարձել հետապնդումներն արդյունաբերական հիմքերի վրա դնելու համար։

Հայհոյանքը, սպառնալիքը, կեղծ ու ոչ կեղծ էջերով ընդդիմադիր գործիչների նկատմամբ ճնշումներն արդեն ոչ ոքի չեն զարմացնում։ Իրավապահ մարմիններն էլ դժկամությամբ են վարույթներ հարուցում։ Փոխարենը՝ վայրկյան չեն տատանվում, երբ հարկ է ձերբակալել և կալանավորել իշխանական որևէ գործչի նկատմամբ հակաօրինական քայլ կատարած ցանկացած անձի։ Սա է իրավական «բեսպրեդելն» ու երկակի ստանդարտները, որոնց մեջ այսօր ապրում է Հայաստանը։
