Երբ ներքաղաքական լարվածությունը դառնում է միջազգային քննարկման առարկա

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական զարգացումները աստիճանաբար դուրս են գալիս ներքին դաշտից և հայտնվում միջազգային ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հարցազրույց է տվել ամերիկացի հայտնի կրիպտո ձեռնարկատեր, գործարար, բլոգեր, IBC Group-ի հիմնադիր Մարիո Նավալին՝ անդրադառնալով եկեղեցի–իշխանություն հարաբերությունների սրմանը և դրա հետևանքներին։

Հարցազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Հայաստանում ձևավորված լարված իրավիճակը, մասնավորապես՝ եկեղեցու և իշխանության միջև հակասությունները։ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ եկեղեցին Հայաստանի ինքնության հիմնասյուներից է և ունի բացառիկ դեր հասարակության մեջ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին շրջանում իշխանությունների կողմից հնչեցված գնահատականներն ու հրապարակային վարքագիծը լուրջ մտահոգություններ են առաջացրել՝ թե՛ երկրի ներսում, թե՛ դրսում։

Զրույցի ընթացքում բարձրաձայնվել են նաև այն հայտարարությունները, որոնք վերագրվում են երկրի ղեկավարությանը և որոնք, ըստ հարցազրույցի մասնակիցների, դուրս են քաղաքական և հանրային խոսքի ընդունված սահմաններից։ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ նման արտահայտությունները ոչ միայն անընդունելի են պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի համար, այլև վնասում են երկրի հեղինակությանը։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ թեման երկար ժամանակ լայն քննարկման չի արժանացել՝ տարբեր պատճառներով, սակայն հասարակության ներսում այն ընկալվել է որպես լուրջ խնդիր։ Ըստ նրա՝ եկեղեցու շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը պետք է դիտարկել ոչ միայն որպես ներքաղաքական հակասություն, այլ նաև որպես ազգային արժեքների և ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի հարց։

Հարցազրույցը նաև ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի ներքին զարգացումները հետաքրքրում են միջազգային լսարանին, իսկ այստեղ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները սկսում են ազդել երկրի արտաքին ընկալման վրա։ Երբ ներքին խոսույթը դառնում է արտաքին քննարկման թեմա, այն արդեն ունի ոչ միայն ներքին, այլև արտաքին հետևանքներ։

Այս համատեքստում եկեղեցի–իշխանություն հարաբերությունների շուրջ առաջացած լարվածությունը վերածվում է ավելի լայն քննարկման՝ կապված պետական կառավարման մշակույթի, հանրային խոսքի սահմանների և ազգային ինքնության պահպանման հետ։
