Սահմանադրական դատարանը ամբողջությամբ անցավ Փաշինյանի վերահսկողության ներքո

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը 67 ձայներով Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր է ընտրել Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանին, ով, յոթ տարի զբաղեցնելով Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը, տակավին օրեր առաջ էր դիմում գրել՝ հեռանալով Ազգային ժողովից և կուսակցությունից։ Քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 107 պատգամավորից 67-ը։ Ընդդիմությունն ընդհանրապես չի էլ մասնակցել, և «Քաղպայմանագիրն» առանց որևէ դեմ ձայնի Վարդանյանին գործուղել է Սահմանադրական դատարան։

Տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ նրան պատրաստվում են դարձնել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ։ Ուշագրավն այն է, որ անգամ իշխանությանը լոյալ հասարակական կազմակերպություններն ու իրավապաշտպանները դատապարտում են Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի առաջադրումը։

Տասից ավելի քաղհասարակության կազմակերպություններ հայտարարություն են տարածել, որ այդ որոշումը վտանգում է դատարանի անկախության և անաչառության նկատմամբ հանրային վստահությունը, կասկածներ հարուցում նրա՝ որպես Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր, անաչառ պաշտոնավարման հնարավորության վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարությունը ստորագրած մեկ տասնյակ կազմակերպությունների թվում են նույնիսկ Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակը, «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորումը», Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբը։

Այսինքն՝ անգամ քաղհասարակությունը, Արևմուտքից սնվող կազմակերպությունները չեն հավատում, որ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը կկարողանա անաչառ դատավորի դեր տանել, ինչը, նշենք, Փաշինյանին ամենևին էլ չի հուզում։ Վերջինս 2018 թ.-ից հետո ամեն ինչ արեց Սահմանադրական դատարանում դիմադրության օջախները ճնշելու և այդ դատարանը բացառապես իր կամակատարը դարձնելու համար։ Վերջինը Հրայր Թովմասյանն էր, որին մեղադրում էին պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից միանգամից ՍԴ գնալու, ինչպես նաև կուսակցական լինելու մեջ։

Փաստացի այժմ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը կրկնում է Հրայր Թովմասյանի ուղին, իսկ իշխանությունները դրա մեջ որևէ դատապարտելի բան չեն տեսնում։ Ինչևէ, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի ընտրությունը Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է «Քաղպայմանագրի» անսկզբունքայնությունը։
