Առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում շարունակվում են համախմբման միտումները․ ևս մեկ քաղաքական ուժ հայտարարում է, որ սատարում է գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին և նրա գլխավորած «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը։

Մարտի 30-ին հրապարակված հայտարարությամբ «Ազգային Միացյալ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ հրաժարվում է ընտրություններին մասնակցելուց՝ իր ընտրազանգվածին ուղղորդելով աջակցել այն ընդդիմադիր ուժին, որը, ըստ իրենց գնահատականի, ունի իրական հնարավորություն մրցակցելու գործող իշխանության հետ։ Կուսակցությունը իր հայտարարության մեջ ընդգծում է, որ առաջիկա ընտրությունները վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունեն երկրի ապագայի համար՝ դրանք դիտարկելով որպես պետականության պահպանման և զարգացման առանցքային հանգրվան։

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ ներկայիս քաղաքական դաշտում ընդամենը մի քանի ուժեր ունեն ընտրական շեմը հաղթահարելու իրատեսական հնարավորություն, և փոքր ու մասնատված ուժերի մասնակցությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ընդդիմադիր ձայների փոշիացման։ Այս համատեքստում կուսակցությունը շեշտադրում է, որ հրաժարվում է դառնալ նման գործընթացի մասնակից և իր քայլը դիտարկում է որպես քաղաքական պատասխանատվության դրսևորում։

«Ազգային Միացյալ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը բաց տեքստով կոչ է անում իր ընտրողներին քվեարկել «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության օգտին՝ ընդգծելով, որ հենց այդ ուժն է, իրենց համոզմամբ, ի վիճակի ձևավորելու իրական քաղաքական հակակշիռ գործող իշխանությանը։ Հայտարարության մեջ հատուկ ընդգծվում է նաև Սամվել Կարապետյանի անձը՝ որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, ով, ըստ նրանց, բազմիցս ապացուցել է իր դիրքորոշման հետևողականությունը և սկզբունքայնությունը։

Քաղաքական դաշտում այս հայտարարությունը դիտարկվում է որպես հերթական ազդակ այն գործընթացի, որի շրջանակում ընդդիմադիր ուժերը փորձում են համախմբվել մեկ կենտրոնի շուրջ՝ նվազեցնելու ձայների բաշխվածության ռիսկերը և բարձրացնելու ընտրական արդյունավետությունը։ Նման քայլերը կարող են էական ազդեցություն ունենալ ընտրական ընդհանուր պատկերի վրա՝ հատկապես այն պայմաններում, երբ հասարակության ներսում առկա է փոփոխությունների պահանջ։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը վերջին շրջանում ավելի հաճախ է հայտնվում քաղաքական քննարկումների կենտրոնում՝ դառնալով ընդդիմադիր դաշտի հիմնական խաղացողներից մեկը։ Միաժամանակ ակնհայտ է, որ հենց այս ուժն է աստիճանաբար վերածվում գործող իշխանության հիմնական քաղաքական թիրախի։

Աջակցության նման հայտարարությունների աճը վկայում է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի և նրա քաղաքական թիմի շուրջ ձևավորվում է վստահության որոշակի դաշտ, որը, ըստ փորձագետների, կարող է շարունակել ընդլայնվել ընտրություններին մոտենալու հետ։
