Փաշինյանը պարտավորվել է ամեն գնով խզել երկաթուղու կոնցեսիան

Մոսկվայում Փաշինյան-Պուտին հանդիպման առանցքային հարցերից մեկը եղել է հայկական երկաթուղու կոնցեսիայի վաճառքի հարցը։ Ռուսական կողմը հանդիպումից հետո՝ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի բերանով, հայտարարեց, որ կոնցեսիայի վաճառքի հարց ընդհանրապես չի քննարկում, և Մոսկվան չի գնա նման քայլի։ Արդեն երեկ կառավարության նիստից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե այդ լծակը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ունի, բայց չեն պլանավորում և չեն ուզում գնալ նման ճանապարհով՝ խզելու երկաթուղու կոնցեսիոն կառավարման պայմանագիրը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ քանի դեռ ռուսական կողմի հետ քննարկումները շարունակվում են, համաձայնության կամ անհամաձայնության մասին խոսելու պատեհություն չի տեսնում։ «Մեր դիրքորոշումները, տեսակետները ներկայացրել ենք, լսել ենք ռուսաստանցի գործընկերների տեսակետները և պայմանավորվել ենք քննարկումները շարունակել։ Մեր խնդիրը ձևակերպված է ընդամենը մեկ նախադասության մեջ՝ ՀՀ-ն այս պայմաններում կորցնում է մրցակցային իր պոտենցիալ առավելությունները։ Մենք Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված ոչ միայն որևէ խնդիր չունենք, այլև, ընդհակառակը, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և որևէ կերպ չենք ուզում վնաս հասցնել ՌԴ շահերին»,- ընդգծել է Փաշինյանը։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը վերջնագիր և սպառնալիք կարելի է գնահատել։ Եթե Ռուսաստանը չհամաձայնվի վաճառել կոնցեսիան, ապա հայկական կողմը, Արևմուտքի դրդմամբ, կարող է գնալ պայմանագիրը խզելու ճանապարհով, առավել ևս, որ փորձում են իրավական ինչ-որ հիմքեր ստեղծել նման քայլի գնալու համար։ Այսպես թե այնպես, արդեն 2028 թ․-ին հայկական կողմը, ըստ 2008-ին կնքված պայմանագրի, կարող է միակողմանի խզել պայմանագիրը, բայց Փաշինյանին հարկավոր է օր առաջ իրականացնել այս գործողությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով «Թրամփի ուղու» հետագա ճակատագիրը։ Թե ինչ կպատասխանի ռուսական կողմը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բարդ է ասել, բայց երկաթուղու շուրջ զարգացումները լուրջ հետևանքներ են ունենալու։
