«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական դաշտում օրեցօր ավելի տեսանելի է դառնում միտումը, որ գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած քաղաքական ուժի՝ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող համախմբումը ոչ միայն ընդլայնվում է, այլև ստանում է համակարգային բնույթ՝ ընդգրկելով տարբեր գաղափարական և քաղաքական հարթակներ ներկայացնող ուժերի։

Օրեր առաջ պաշտոնապես ձևավորվեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքը։ Համապատասխան հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, «Նոր դարաշրջան» կուսակցության նախագահ Հարություն Հարությունյանը և «Միավորված հայեր» կուսակցության պատվավոր նախագահ, լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։ Այս քայլը դիտարկվում է որպես ընդդիմադիր դաշտում համախմբման գործընթացի կարևոր փուլ, որը կարող է էական ազդեցություն ունենալ առաջիկա ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա։ Դաշինքի շուրջ համախմբումը շարունակվել է նաև վերջին օրերին։ Առնվազն չորս քաղաքական ուժ՝ «Կայունություն», «ՀԺԱՄ», «Ժառանգություն» և «Ազատություն» կուսակցությունները, հայտարարել են, որ չեն մասնակցելու ընտրություններին և իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքին։ Նրանց հայտարարություններում շեշտվում է ընդդիմության միասնականության անհրաժեշտությունը և ձայների փոշիացումից խուսափելու հրամայականը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ժառանգության» առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը եղել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը, իսկ «Ազատության» առաջնորդ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը: Ավելին, նույն Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը ժամանակին ինքն էր ընդդիմության առաջնորդը:

Այս ֆոնին ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող գործընթացը դուրս է գալիս սովորական նախընտրական համագործակցության շրջանակներից և վերածվում է լայն քաղաքական կոնսոլիդացիայի փորձի։

Որպես ամփոփում՝ տարբեր ուժերի՝ ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու և մեկ կենտրոնի շուրջ համախմբվելու որոշումները վկայում են այն մասին, որ քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվում է նոր բևեռ, որը հավակնում է դառնալ ընդդիմության հիմնական առանցքը։ Ըստ քաղաքական դիտորդների, այս գործընթացը կարող է վճռորոշ դեր ունենալ ընտրական արդյունքների ձևավորման հարցում՝ հատկապես այն պայմաններում, երբ ընդդիմադիր ձայների միավորումը դիտարկվում է որպես գլխավոր նախապայման իշխանափոխության հասնելու համար։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող համախմբումը, ըստ այդ գնա հ ա տ ա կան ն ե րի, ներ կ ա յ ո ւ մ ս առաջնային ձևաչափն է, որը կարող է ապահովել այդ նպատակին հասնելու անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական զանգվածն ու կազմակերպվածությունը։
