«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հաճախ կարելի է լսել, որ այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժը, որը դիրքավորված է որպես ընդդիմադիր, սակայն չունի բավարար վարկանիշ ու քվե՝ խորհրդարան անցնելու համար, իրականում քվեներ է փոշիացնելու՝ խանգարելով հիմնական ընդդիմադիր երեք ուժերին: Դա, իհարկե, ճշմարիտ է:

Սակայն կան նաև այնպիսի միավորներ, որոնց պարագայում «ձայների փոշիացում» հասկացությունը կիրառելի չէ, քանի որ իրականում առանձնապես ձայն էլ չունեն, այնպես որ՝ առանձին մասնակցելու կամ չմասնակցելու պարագայում շատ բան չի փոխվում: Այդպիսի քաղաքական միավորներից է Արման Թաթոյանի ստեղծած նախաձեռնությունը: Դրա մասին են խոսում նաև տարբեր սոցհարցումները: Երբ ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից ներկայացող քաղաքական գործիչը ընդդիմադիր տարբեր բևեռների բողոքի ակցիաների, հանրահավաքների, այդ թվում՝ Սրբազան շարժման ժամանակ իրեն դնում է «խաղից դուրս» վիճակում, չեզոքություն է պահպանում և հանկարծ ընտրություններից անմիջապես առաջ մտնում է քաղաքականության մեջ, դժվար թե հանրությունն այդ ուժին իսկապես ընդդիմադիր համարի, առավել ևս այն պարագայում, որ նա առիթը բաց չի թողնում այլ ընդդիմադիրների դեմ խոսելու, ավելին՝ որոշ դեպքերում նույնիսկ ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու «հորդոր» հղում՝ հույսով, որ դրա հետևանքով ինքը գոնե խորհրդարան անցնելու խիստ տեսական շանս կունենա:

Հավանական է, որ պոտենցիալ դաշնակիցներն էլ կարճ ժամանակում հասկացան, որ այս քաղաքական գործիչն այն չէ, ինչ ինքն իրեն ներկայացնում է, առավել ևս իր և իր որոշ կուսակիցների վերջին ելույթներից հետո: Հիշեցնենք, որ «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը երեկ հայտարարեց «Միասնության թևեր» քաղաքական նախաձեռնության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքը դադարեցնելու մասին։

Մի խոսքով, Թաթոյանի ուշացած քաղաքական հայտը, կարծես, պայթում է ավելի շուտ, քան կարելի էր ակնկալել:
